Pebblecreek 55+ Resort. Virtually brand new condition!

This home is like no other. This is a virtually new home as the entire interior and exterior have been beautifully updated. Let the pictures do the talking! All updating was completed in 2022 to include: flooring, lighting, quartz counters, cabinetry, tub and shower surrounds, full suite of appliances, all the furniture, smart TV's, shutters, full paint job both interior and exterior, paver patio and driveway, even the garage floor was epoxy coated. For bookings between November - April check with host as we look ideally look for a 3 month minimum rental.

To keep this home looking pristine, your rental includes a house cleaning service every 2 weeks. Also, included are all utilities, internet and cable.

Upon arrival all sheets and comforter are brand new in the master bedroom for each arriving guest.

This true resort community offers countless activities: pickleball, 3 -18 hole golf courses, tennis, gyms, dance studio, steam and saunas, 3 resort pools, 2 lap pools, bocce ball courts, basketball courts and the list of activities goes on.

Renters get to enjoy all the benefits to the fun as if they were a homeowner.

Enjoy the 2 restaurants, and 2 bars on property and meet new friends.

Home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and office, plus a great room concept.

The house was exactly as stated - recently updated and bright. The house was very clean. The amenities were excellent. I love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly when we had questions. If the need arises again to spend time in Goodyear, we will contact Rodney first before looking elsewhere.

A wonderful month stay in PebbleCreek

So nice to stay in an updated home with brand new appliances, and spotlessly clean. It's peaceful and quiet, located in a cul de sac on the Eagle's Nest side. We really enjoyed our month here and it was a great way to test out the community and all of the PebbleCreek activities and amenities available (golf, fitness centers, pools, yoga class, restaurants). We were sad to leave, but know we'll be back!
