Best of Both worlds 25 steps from the North gate of world famous Chautauqua Inst

Nice home with attached segregated mother-in-law suite located just a few steps before the North/Elm entrance to the Chautauqua Institution. Large yard with deck and pavilion and driveway. No gate pass or parking pass is required!

This home has been rented for the full season to the same guest for the past 10 years and thus back on VRBO for the first time! Reviews and previous guest references are available upon request!
