Located a short one-and-a-half mile from the beach, our Peachtree Cottage is comfortable and cozy with 3 bedrooms--2 with queen-size beds and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. There is also a queen sofa in living room that sleeps one comfortably. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. The hall bathroom has a shower and tub. The kitchen is open with a breakfast nook with a table and chairs. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. If you bring a pet, a $100 pet fee is added to the total.

This was the perfect space for our holiday trip. The house is quaint and pet friendly. It was clean and close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mimi's cottage.

This was one of the most welcoming spots I've ever discovered on VRBO. The host has attended to every detail in the most thoughtful way. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds and pillows very comfy. Communication was attentive and responsive. We really enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

This property was one of our best experiences. It was exactly as advertised, and the hostess was so wonderful and accessible.I felt so welcomed and at home the second I entered the house. It was clean and had a very "homey" feel to it. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed to make a New Year's Eve dinner, and the house was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.Our dogs loved the big backyard where they ran and played while we enjoyed roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Everyone had a great time!

Perfect for our Sea Island stay!

Mimi's place was the perfect setup for me, my wife and another golf pro buddy to stay during our Georgia PGA Section Championship. Her place has everything we needed, is super conveniently located on the island and her communication and recommendations were awesome. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning.

Great Fishing with friends!

Wonderful cottage!

We loved Peachtree Cottage! It was very clean with beautiful decor and a fully stocked kitchen, including coffee, tea, and spices! The fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs to run in, and the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful for going on walks. We would love to stay here next time we visit St. Simons.

Fun holiday weekend

We had a great time staying in this house! It’s about 1-2 miles from everything and super convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our hood at weekend. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect Cottage for SSI getaway

The cottage is centrally located to every point you would want to go to on the island …very clean and comfortable. Mimi was beyond helpful and answered every question promptly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect little cottage

We loved our stay at Mimi’s home. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect for those wanting to explore both sides of SSI and we love the proximity to East Beach public access. We will be back!

Dog friendly well appointed and great location

It was wonderful to find a dog friendly house with a fenced in backyard in such a great location. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. All essentials are provided with parking for 4-5 vehicles if needed on a quiet neighborhood street. Owner provided great timely communications

Cottage is a real gem!

The Peachtree Cottage is a real gem in St. Simons! Immaculately clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a perfect location. Owner was prompt and helpful in communications. We will return to this property. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

Peachtree Cottage was close to East Beach as well as the pier. The house was very clean and very nicely done. Both bathrooms were spacious enough for the stay- one had a separate shower which was nice. I would recommend instructions for the TV- I had trouble using YouTube TV even though sharing was on- kept saying I was not in Atlanta area. I would highly recommend the cottage. Spacious, clean and conveniently located.

Perfect cottage and perfect location

My husband and I stayed at Peachtree Cottage for 6 weeks, the cottage was well equipped with everything that we needed for a lengthy stay. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean when we arrived. The fenced in backyard was just what we needed for our dog, she loved the space to run. If we had an issue the property manager answered right away and answered any questions that we had. I would definitely rent this cottage again the location was perfect, short distance to town or the beach.

Great stay!

Only negative is that the living room furniture was not comfortable for watching movies or staying long. I would recommend having a recliner and a better sitting couch. The wifi was a bit spotty. Couldn't stream without it buffering. That is the only critique. The bed slept great and loved the tub in the bath in the hall. Very updated and nice!

This place is a gem!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It's immaculately clean and decorated so nicely! Mimi has the house well stocked with everything you could need and communication was super easy with her. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our 2 pups. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of so many kind people. It was our first visit to St. Simons and we definitely will be back and would love to stay here again ☺️
