An amazing location on the Cape! We love the Brewster beaches and whole vibe of 6A. It was so nice to be so close to it all! Really nice to jump on the bike path so close to the house! Our 9 yr old daughter loved the bunk bed room and all the games, beach toys and outdoor basketball hoop! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

Even lovelier and more practical than expected!

I stayed here with my husband and three children, as well as my brother and sister-in-law and their four children. It was exactly what we needed! The home has clearly been well cared for and thoughtfully remodeled. The host was quick to respond to communication. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and bountiful with gracious host

We had a wonderful time at Kate's home this past August. Even before we checked in, Kate was the best host, promptly answering all of my questions. When we arrived, the house was spotless. It was also amazingly equipped: well-maintained bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, board games, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing with 1 min bike ride to the rail trail and a 20 min walk to the nearest beach. We hope to return.

Great time

Property was clean and fit us all perfectly. Loved the location of the house. Wasn’t far from the beach and the beaches were super nice that it was close too. Had everything we needed in the home. My only suggestion would be to put some blinds upstairs so that beautiful morning sun doesn’t wake ya at 5 in the morning. Other than that the house was absolutely perfect!! Loved the fire pit! Loved the patio furniture, and the shed full of stuff to entertain my boys. Was a great experience and would stay there again!!

Kaitlyn (host) was very responsive to any/all questions, the house was clean, family friendly & you can't beat the location...close to everything we love about Brewster (bike trails, Nickerson State Park, restaurants etc) 10/10 rating from us!

Great family house

We had a great week at the cape! Linnell Landing beach was a short bike ride away. The back deck with the couch and fireplace was a great added touch, we spent a lot of time out there in the evenings. Would definitely go back again!
