The well equipped ground floor holiday home on the outskirts of the urbanization "La Palmita" has a friendly bright living dining area, an additional small living room, two well-dimensioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

The terrace is accessible from the living room, one of the two bedrooms, as well as from the dining room. It provides ample space to enjoy the sun after a dip in the pool.

A great place!

Great base for carefree vacation

Our family of four had great time in villa La Palmita. The house is equipped with everything you can think of. Location is great, a little on the side, but you are 15 minutes by car from La Laguna and Puerto de la Cruz, plus there are restaurants nearby (we loved Guachinche El Barco, went there twice and would again if possible, Michael -- you might add it to your list, totally recommended). We did couple of barbecues on the terrace (bought a bag of charcoal only to find that there already was one in the house :) ) and get visited by half a dozen of cats. If we ever came to Tenerife again, we would choose the same house.

Eine Ferienwohnung wie man es selten antrifft. Ankommen und sich wie zuhause fühlen. Einfach alles vorhanden was beim täglichen Gebrauch benötigt wird. Überrascht waren wir von den vorhandenen LM und dem Mineralwasser. Das ist keinesfalls üblich. Dafür nochmals DANKE. Wir konnten uns einfach nur erholen. Die Nachbarn hat man kaum wahrgenommen.Der Pool war an heißen Tagen einfach genial. TV haben wir gar nicht benötigt, lieber saßen wir abends draußen und haben das tolle Wetter genossen und später den Sternenhimmel bewundert.Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Eine tolle Woche in einem tollen Haus. Die Betreuung, der Einkaufsservice sind nicht zu toppen: von dem "kleinen Startpaket" konnten wir lange essen und trinken.Man fühlt sich direkt "wie zu Hause". Vielen Dank!!

Schöne Atmosphäre in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Schönes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Es ist aus unserer Sicht zwingend ein Auto erforderlich, da zu den Stränden gefahren werden muss und auch in direkter Umgebung keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig vorhanden sind. Die Ameisen darf man als Haustiere betrachten, sie sind sehr klein und stören nicht, sofern man die Nahrungsmittel gut verpackt. Die Pumpe des Pools hört man tagsüber etwas, nachts schaltet sie sich aus. Das Wasser war immer angenehm temperiert. Der Außenbereich ist weitestgehend nicht einsehbar, sofern man die Kamera mit einem Tuch abhängt ;-) Auch wenn es zwei Bäder gibt, hat bei uns wegen der Wasserdurchflussmenge immer nur einer geduscht. Wer es ruhiger mag und keinen Strand direkt vor der Haustür benötigt, wird mit dieser Anlage zufrieden sein.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit top Gastgebern

Das Haus war einfach schön. Sehr sauber und der Empfang mit Lebensmitteln, Wasser und einer Flasche Wein, hat uns sehr überrascht.Der Pool ist toll " Leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt im Juni, das Wetter noch nicht sehr warm und der Pool hat sich da angepasst"es wäre daher zu überlegen für Zuzahlung evt. den Pool ein wenig zu beheizen. Ansonsten ist nichts was uns davon abhalten würder direkt wieder hier zu wohnen.

Schöne und ruhige Anlage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, es gibt mehr Platz als man benötigt und in der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und man bekommt eventuelle Fragen auch direkt beantwortet.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Siedlung bei La Victoria / Santa Ursula. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und geräumig. Die gehobene Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Teneriffa braucht. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, also ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Insbesondere der Pool, die Terrasse und die tolle Aussicht auf Küste und Meer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Bei Ankunft fanden wir Brot, Obst und weitere Lebensmittel vor, sodass man nicht zwingend sofort zum Supermarkt fahren muss. Fußläufig gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Das braucht man aber ohnehin, um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Nordküste erreichen zu können. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe des Hauses ausreichend vorhanden. Alles in allem eines der besten Ferienhäuser, das wir bisher gemietet hatten.

Traumhaus auf Teneriffa

Traumhaus auf Teneriffa Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienunterkünften, dieses Haus gehört definitiv zu den besten. Wenn wir könnten, würden wir mehr als 5 Punkte vergeben. Die Bilder versprechen einiges, aber wenn man das Haus betritt, ist man einfach nur überrascht und das im positiven Sinn. In der Realität ist es noch schöner. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, wirklich nichts. Das gibt es selten. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein, Obst, Brot, Brötchen, Käse, Wurst und einen Kasten Wasser! Die riesige, uneinsehbare Terrasse ist ein Traum. Der Pool ist groß und sauber. Zusätzlich zu den Liegen, der Sitzecke und der Hollywoodschaukel, die wir klasse fanden, gibt es inzwischen noch einen Tisch mit vier Stühlen. Man will eigentlich gar nicht weg. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt in einer Urbanisation und es ist nichts in fußläufiger Entfernung (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants usw.). Dafür ist es sehr ruhig, kein Straßenlärm, nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Zimmer war sowohl vor als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes hervorragend. Wir erhielten vorab eine wertvolle Anfahrtsbeschreibung, Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen, würden es ohne zu Zögern wieder buchen und gerne mehr als 5 Punkte vergeben.

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr nach Hause

Wir haben Teneriffa lieben gelernt, viele Ausflüge in alle Richtungen unternommen. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und sehr ruhig. Wir haben unsere Gastgeber zwar nie persönlich getroffen, hatten aber immer wieder Kontakt und das Gefühl gut umsorgt zu werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr ruhige Ecke der Insel und aufmerksame Vermieter

Die Beschreibung des Objektes trifft zu 100 Prozent zu. Wir haben die erhoffte Ruhe gefunden. Die tatsächliche Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Zimmer über WhatsApp hat bestens und prompt funktioniert. Wir haben uns auch darüber gefreut, dass wir uns an einem Nachmittag persönlich kennenlernen konnten. Gefreut haben wir uns insbesondere über die Lebensmittel, Obst und Getränke, die wir zur Begrüßung vorgefunden haben. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen und es wir bei unserer nächsten Urlaubsplanung auf unserer Liste ganz oben stehen.
