Lovely family home renovated with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay

Short Walk to Wilber Park with trails, tennis and a public swimming pool!

We provide everything you'll need - fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine and starter coffee servings. Comfortable beds, quality linens - you'll never want to leave!!

We are just minutes from the CASV baseball camp

We provide a BBQ and outdoor seating area - to better help you enjoy your Summer

2026 Summer Season Schedule:
It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on different schedules and we have chosen to follow CASV dates

We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

What a perfect spot for our time at All Star Village! We had everything we needed and Alyss made it super easy for our family! Really appreciated the extra towels and ability to do some laundry! We’ll be recommending this spot for anyone we know who travels out to Cooperstown!

Exactly as advertised. Decorating was cute and functional. Loved the cooler and stadium seats. So great for baseball families. Had everything we needed for our week of baseball. Short 1/2 mi walk to several great spots in town for coffee, food or drinks. Highly recommend!!

Great location for ASV

We stayed at this home for our son’s baseball tournament at All Star Village. The location was convenient - about 10 minute drive from ASV. The house was clean and there was enough room for our family of 5. The host replied to our questions quickly. We had a great stay!

The house was spotless! The owner (Alyss) was wonderful to work with. We took a day trip to Cooperstown for The Baseball Hall of Fame. Highly recommend this rental.

Excellent Property

We stayed for a Cooperstown baseball tournament and this home was perfect! Very clean, great communication with the property manager, 5 minute walk to downtown and quick drive to the ballpark. If we could come back every year we would! I would highly recommend to any family or families staying. We had a really great experience!!!

It was a little drive to and from the Park but the house and host are worth! Everything needed was in there!! All questions answered! Beds are comfy. We'd definitely do it again!

Great Cooperstown All Star Village Location

We stayed Week 11 2023 of the Cooperstown All Star Village with 2 grandparents, 2 siblings and wife and I. Check-in process was super easy, great communication from the host during our stay, check-out just as easy as check-in, and the accomodations were great for our baseball experience. Drive to the fields was about 10 minutes, within minutes from downtown, close to Wal-Mart, Dick's Sporting Goods, local grocery store and other restaurants. Plenty of parking for 2 cars. Plenty of space for 6 of us staying. They also knew the baseball families providing access to 2 umbrellas, 2 stadium chairs and a softsided cooler. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything.

Awesome!

Great location (9 minutes from All Star Village)! Clean house with plenty of bedrooms. We had a party of 5 (3 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) and everyone was happy with the accomodations. I would highly recommend staying here if you are making the trip to Cooperstown.

Perfect Location for All star Village-Highly Recommend

This house was the perfect place to stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament that took place at the Cooperstown All Star Village. The drive to the baseball park was only about a 10 minute drive. This place was very clean, well kept, nicely decorated and the neighborhood was quiet. The host Alyss communicated a few times during our stay just to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to make sure we didn't have any questions. She was quick to respond when I had any inquiries. I would highly recommend this home to stay at. We were very happy with our stay.
