Everything was great except the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable and way too soft or just old.

Estes stay
A few things - shower needs a slip mat and a safety handle when you shampoo your hair or lather up it gets pretty slippery. I think 1B should have its own walk way to their door even some stepping stones to the left by hot tub. The whole house is very dark flooring, curtains. Walls it needs brighting up. A coat of a lighter paint would make a huge difference. Thank you

We really enjoyed out stay in the Rocky Mountain Retreat !B. It was clean and comfortable and had the amenities we expected (Hot Tub, Kitchen appliances, Washer Dryer,TV).
The location is great for access to Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Both just minutes away.
We saw a few elk around the cabin and enjoyed the mountain view on the back patio every morning for breakfast.
It is attached to another unit and since the we had the windows open during the night, we could often hear our neighbors or the traffic on the street the goes by (not super busy street but enough to notice).
Overall we would rent again.
The accommodations were great except for getting locked out of our cabin. Had a lot of problems with the door lock 3 days in a row. If we hadn’t left the patio door unlocked we would have been locked out on the third day from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Called the office several times because of the lock, the last time I called the girl answering the phone hung up on me! There seemed a real lack of urgency /concern.
This property was in a prime location, close to everything. The inside was clean and absolutely perfect! We really enjoyed using the hot tub after hiking all day as well! I would definitely rent this place again.
We absolutely loved this cabin! My husband, myself, and our two boys (11 and 13) stayed the week and it was the perfect space for all four of us. We took the bedroom, and the kids had more than enough room in the living room together on the futon and the pullout couch. The cabin itself felt homey with the decorations and was very clean/updated. The kitchen provided a good deal of space to cook in, and had plenty of supplies for all the meals we made (plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, cutting boards, pans, pots, etc.). The location was great - we were far enough away from downtown Estes that we were away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to plenty of necessities (gas, grocery store, local coffee shops), and the view was gorgeous. I also loved the way the cabins were setup, everyone had their own hot tub, own parking, and own outdoor area, so it didn’t feel like you were interfering with someone else’s space. The hosts were also east to reach both by phone/messaging through the VRBO app, and were prompt with all the check in info. Can’t recommend this place enough!
The place was quite large and well appointed. We were unable to connect to WiFi on either Mac or Android devices. Despite assurance that the management company would help and that the "tech guy" was working on it, we never could connect during our three day stay. Hence the rating.

Great place, perfect for my husband and me. Clean, well mantained, and tastefully upgraded. Better than expected based on pictures. Plenty of room for us. So nice to have our own private hot tub. Highly recommend and would stay again.
Was a good place to stay. Only issue we had was scheduling of maintenance while we were there. They tried to call, but entered the place without our agreement, which was a little concerning. Walked into a room to of 94 degrees after the maintenance. They were good about coming out right way to correct.
I'm going to be a bit nitpicky. No outlet in the bathroom for our plug-in toothbrush or my hairdryer. No countertop around the sink and no shelves, so we had to put our toiletries on the bedroom dresser. Only one knife dinner knife and 4 plates in a property that can sleep six (we were just 2). There is room to have both of the living room beds open, but no place to put away clothing for anyone sleeping there.
The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of sheets, towels, pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the hot tub, and they have a nice picnic table and grill, plus the back deck with great views. We would stay here again with just the 2 of us, but I wouldn't recommend it to a larger group, especially if all are adults. We had one thing to contact management about on our first full day, and it was promptly addressed.
We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the property. Our only issue was the shared deck off our sliding door. We overlooked the other units hot tub, which made us feel like we were intruding on their vacation. Some outdoor chairs would have been nice to enjoy the Mountain View’s.
A great home base while in Estes Park. It is small, affordable, and cozy. It has no A/C but leaving the window open at night makes it for a pleasant night of sleep
We were nervous because there weren't a lot of reviews, but our place was perfect. Clean with great outdoor dining spaces, convenient and new hot tub; great location to downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The pictures are deceiving as there is no privacy at this place. The sliding glass doors to the deck which faces the mtns. has the attached house's hot tub right in front of it so when the people staying there would use the hot tub or deck we were looking right at them unless you close the curtains over the sliding doors, but could very much hear them. The cement slab where our hot tub is (which is pictured) is unkempt & the condo's behind you look right down on you & where the door to the attached house is located. Only two windows open in this place which has no air-conditioning! Sliding glass door has no screen so if you open it for air, bugs come in. Very sparsely stocked, only 2 knives in silverware set, no mixing bowls, 1 hot pad, 2 kitchen towels. No vacuum to tidy with, there was a broom but no dust pan so just swept dirt into the corner. The bedroom window, one of 2 opening windows in the place faced deck that neighbors used so you could hear their conversations & they could look into your bedroom unless you kept curtains closed which cut down on any air coming in. The furniture in the living room which consisted of a futon (useless) & sleeper sofa were not comfortable to sit on. Very dissatisfied with this place that we stayed 11 nights for what we paid, it was not worth it!
The place was nice an clean. Unfortunately there was no dish soap to wash the dishes, so we had to leave them. The hot tub was amazing but only one side of the jet’s worked. I would definitely stay there again
