Welcome to the Rockside Hideaway, a cozy vintage cabin in the heart of the Estes Park Valley. Tucked away in a quiet and forested residential neighborhood, this cozy space is a prefect spot for couples and small groups of friends. It`s been lovingly cared for for more than 100 years, and updated with all the modern amenities.
The layout is simple and cozy: you walk into an open kitchen/dining/living area. There`s a full size kitchen with lots of small appliances (even an espresso machine!) and a full size fridge and stove. The living area has a game table, a hutch with lots of books, and a sofa in front of a cozy fireplace. There`s also a small powder room with laundry facilities.
Step through French doors into the amazing king bedroom with en-suite master bath. I love sleeping in the bed and stargazing -- there`s a big skylight right above the pillows! We just outfitted the bathroom with a jetted tub and shower to make for a great spa-like experience.
Come and stay at the Rockside Hideaway!

Either myself or my management team at The Wolf Rentals will be here to help you!
The Rockside Hideaway is located a few minutes from both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park in a quiet and cute residential neighborhood of some of the town`s original cabins. It`s on a small, quaint forested road near Lumpy Ridge and super close to the historic Stanley Hotel.
We have parking for 2 cars and it`s super easy to get around our neighborhood and town. If you don`t want to drive, you can walk about .8 miles to some of the any shuttle stops (the town offers a free shuttle in the summers).
NO SMOKING, NO FIRES
My home was about a quarter mile away from one of the largest forest fires in Colorado history a few years ago, so we are a strict no-smoking property. No smoking inside, outside, and no outdoor fire pits (now illegal in Estes Park`s vacation homes). Charcoal BBQs are banned.
ROAD CONDITIONS
Estes has a great plow team and our driveway will also be plowed during storms, but if there`s a huge blizzard, they may not be plowed exactly when you need them to be. We cannot assist if you get stuck and we always recommend that people rent AWD or 4WD when visiting us from October to May. We are at 8,000 feet and this can be a snowy area!
GUEST COUNT
Our permit is limited to two people max.

The cabin was super clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed in order to cook. The hot tub was large, clean, and had strong jets. I would recommend this stay to anyone!
The cabin was great; the hot tub took a few hours to heat up to the adequate temperature. There were a few spiders in the cabin just small ones no big deal.
