This unit has an air conditioner. Dine outdoors with a gas grill or enjoy downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. Rocky Mountain National Park rests just three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoes rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps six.
