Welcome to Tala Mountain Studio! Let our beautifully renovated Mountain Village Condo be your base for your Big Sky adventure or retreat. Whether you spend your days skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, golfing or exploring the natural beauty of the surroundings, look forward to returning to Tala Mountain Studio in the heart of Big Sky Resort.

The Hill Condos, a charming and quiet neighborhood, is perfectly located just a 10 minute walk to the slopes or steps from the free shuttle stop that runs every few minutes to the chairlifts. With a car, it's a two minute drive to Big Sky Resort base, the best skiing in America and a short drive down to the Town Center that has tons of shops, dining and great hikes. In the winter, you can easily get around by taking the free Skyline bus that stops right outside the condo complex. It is highly recommended to have an all-wheel-drive SUV in the winter months.

A unique gem with its own private entrance, our upscale condo is designed to provide you with everything you need for a stress-free retreat. Rest after your mountain adventure on a comfortable king mattress with soft linens, stream your show on the smart TV, or cook a gourmet meal in the new, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, quartz countertops and all the essentials including spices, dishes, pots and pans.The living space has recessed lighting, a very comfortable leather couch/sleeper sofa, a 50 inch smart TV and a soft throw for cozy nights. Playing cards and board games are available for your entertainment. Additionally, you can unwind with a warm shower in the spacious and modern walk-in shower.

Ski Vacation

Great location and easy access to the slopes. Property was perfect for the two of us. Tons of snow but crews keep the stairs, walks and parking cleared every day.

Very nice condo at Big Sky

This was a father and son trip for a few ski days. Everything about the condo was as advertised and we had great communication with our hosts Bebe. The unit is warm and comfortable and we had no surprises. We would definitely stay there again.

Father/Son Ski Vacation

Not only was as the location very nice and everything looked exactly like the pictures, but the appointments were splendid.This rental is 1st class!! Bed was very comfortable, bathroom/shower was roomy (even had pooporri), the tv was large and the kitchen was well appointed with very nice appliances. I would definitively stay at this location again and is awesome for couples. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Newly Renovated Condo Close to Slopes

We had a great week at the condo and would definitely stay here again! It's a studio apartment, so the pull-out sofa/couch and the king-sized bed are all in one big room. Everything in the condo looks brand new: dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, etc. The whole condo looks like it has undergone a recent (as of March 2025) head-to-toe renovation. It's easiest to get around Big Sky with a rental car, but the skier shuttle to the slopes is a short walk from the condo if you need it.

Excellent experience, highly recommend!

We came for a ski trip and this apartment was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the hill, fully stocked with all appliances, and the host was extremely responsive. Not to mention there were snacks available and lots of coffee. All finishes are nice, brand new, high end and bed was comfy. We’d definitely come back again.

Wonderful comdo

My son and I stayed at Bebe’s condo for our annual ski trip to Big Sky. We found the condo to be smartly laid out and had everything we needed. The decor and aesthetic of the condo is top notch all while being comfortable. Bebe was quick to communicate with, too!

This was a great little studio that gives you everything you need steps from Big Sky. The town is a little remote, but that was great for what we wanted. BeBe was great with communication and everything was as expected based on the pictures and information.

Amazing Studio, Incredible location

Came to ski and the studio is minutes away from the parking shuttle to the mountain that comes every few minutes. We always were at the mountain in under 10 minutes. The actually place is spacious, clean and has all the cooking essentials that you would need. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful and Cozy Condo

This studio condo is decorated so beautifully and has all the comforts of home! It’s stocked with everything we needed and more! The king size bed mattress was so comfortable we had the best sleep! The location is convenient to the resort and is just a short walk to the Big Sky free ski shuttle. Bebe communicated with us well and is an excellent host! We will be back!

This condo is adorable. I loved the smart home features. I recommend adding a full length mirror and a curtain over the washer and dryer area. Otherwise it is a good place for a couple.

Fantastic location and amenities and a wonderful host. Approximately a 0.8 mile walk to main resort area. Shuttle runs timely in the AM, but poorly if you catch it after 5PM to come back. Outside of that minor issue - it was a great location and unit for two people.

Excellent Host

The property has been recently renovated with taste and artistic feeling. Everything is brand new and the studio is well-equipped. You would just need to bring in your personal stuff. Perfect stay for a relaxing vacation in Big Sky!

I booked this stay for my boyfriend’s birthday. We were very impressed with the condo. The interior was decorated very nicely. The host had everything you could need inside of the condo. It was in a great location. Area was quiet. Property was very clean. Staying there honestly felt like home. I would definitely recommend any couples traveling to Big Sky to book this property. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Beautifully renovated in 2022, the Tala Mountain Studio provides a solace and peaceful retreat amongst nature's best: breathtaking scenery, world-class ski terrain, plentiful wildlife sightings, superb hiking trails, fishing on the Gallatin and Madison Rivers and endless year-round outdoor recreation. We love that everything inside the condo is new- the floors, walls, doors, kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, the bathroom and all the furniture. This condo is our home away from home and we hope it can be yours too!

This lovely first floor mountain village condo has been completely renovated and beautifully decorated from top to bottom. It offers exceptional decor and thoughtful touches. The condo features new floors throughout the entire unit. The bathroom offers a new vanity, spacious walk-in shower and heated floors. All furniture, in the living room and bedroom are brand new. The kitchen has new cabinetry and appliances including small appliances that are new and it has counter seating for two. The king size bed has a new mattress, desk for remote work and a functional dresser. A free parking pas is provided for each guest stay.
