Our newly built holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Boiensdorf - the secret tip for rest and relaxation seekers. It is built in massive construction, stands free on its own property and impresses with stylish architecture and modern facilities. The great location gives you an exclusive view over the Salzhaff and the Baltic Sea beyond.

On 135 m² of living space, our modern non-smoking holiday home forms the framework for your holiday wishes. Enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation and be impressed by the high-quality equipment, the individual design, a modern interior and plenty of space for the whole family.

On the ground floor of the house is the spacious living / dining area with direct access to the terrace / garden and plenty of space to relax. The integrated fitted kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. At the large dining table there are 8 seats. For our "little guests" is a high chair and children's cutlery available.

The holiday home has 4 bedrooms, one of which is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality mattresses and 1,80m x 2,00m large double beds (on the ground 1,40m x 2,0m), spacious wardrobes, gentlemen etc. In the attic one of the parents' bedrooms also has a toddler bed.
The large master bedroom also has a lounge area with a large corner sofa bed and access to the balcony. Through the large panoramic windows you have - from the bed or balcony - an unforgettable view of the setting sun over the Baltic Sea.

It is located on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with very high quality furnishings (sink, toilet and walk-in shower without step) and another bathroom with the same features in the attic.

On "uncomfortable" days, the modern underfloor heating, a fireplace and a sauna in the house ensure your well-being!

The exterior of the house is surrounded by a garden fence and a hedge. The large terrace of the house of course also includes plenty of available garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, a Kindersandkasten and a barbecue.
So that you can easily and comfortably load and unload your luggage, there are 3 parking spaces available directly at the entrance to the holiday home.

The beach, with playground and small kiosk is located about 1.3 km from the house. He is also good to reach on foot, with children or carts. On windy days, the kitesurfers of the local kite school show their skills near the beach!

The nearest bakery you need by car about 3 minutes, to the nearest supermarket about 10 minutes.

The nearby fine sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea island of Poel, Rerik and Kühlungsborn can also be reached on foot in just a few minutes by car or on a leisurely bike ride along the Baltic Sea cycle path. On "grubby" days worth a visit to the historic city of Wismar. For younger guests, Wismar beckons with the "Wonnemar" water park, an animal park or a go-kart track.
