This very cosy and spacious 5-room holiday home (2 stories / approx. 140 m²) offers a high level of comfort and is fully furnished. The flooring in the 4 bedrooms is high-quality vinyl with an elegant wood-grain finish; the entryway, living room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms are tiled. The entire ground floor and the bathroom on the ground floor have heated floors.

The holiday home can accommodate a total of 8 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair free of charge upon request.

From the spacious entryway, which features a coat rack, bench, chest of drawers, and large wall mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your holiday home.

The cosy and spacious living area features a large seating area with two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table.

In the separate, heated sunroom, you’ll find the rustic and cosy dining area, furnished with a large solid-wood dining table and 8 comfortable upholstered chairs. From here, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² furnished terrace—a perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, there are a total of 4 flat-screen TVs available (1 in the living room / 3 in the bedrooms). In addition, the house offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any disruptions).

The separate, modern kitchen features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust hood, steam oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cosy first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands with bedside lamps, and a spacious closet, and features its own flat-screen TV.

The three separate bedrooms upstairs each feature a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 cm x 200 cm), nightstands, dressers, and closets. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms also each have an additional flat-screen TV.

To ensure a good night’s sleep, all four bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains or blinds.

The two bright and spacious bathrooms (1 on the ground floor / 1 on the upper floor / both with natural light or windows) each feature a shower, a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space. The upper of the two bathrooms also features a bathtub. In addition, both bathrooms have heated floors.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large entryway (with a bench, chest of drawers, and wall mirror) in the spacious entrance area of the house.

A private washing machine in the lower bathroom is available for washing your holiday clothes.

You can park your cars free of charge in the two parking spaces belonging to your holiday home, located right next to the house; you can park your bicycles in the courtyard.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

A linens package (complete set of bed linens—the beds will already be made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a tea towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The rental price is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people. If the apartment is occupied by more than 4 people, a surcharge of €10.00 per night applies for each additional person.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting our staff by phone.
