Pleasant stay

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. The massage chair was the USP of the property which made our stay more relaxing. The bedrooms and living area were clean however the bathroom door locks were impaired which made our stay little difficult considering we were group of friends sharing bathrooms. The Kitchen was fully equipped with essentials and worked great for us.

Hello! We are Lizzie, Evan and Cyrus and we are based in Brooklyn, NY. Purchasing this home last year was the greatest decision. It has already provided us with so many beautiful memories and we hope it will do the same for you and your family. Our two dogs, Biggie and Lincoln have also enjoyed the large yard and many trails nearby. We will do everything we can to make your stay comfortable, so please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Why they chose this property

There is a lovely trail through the woods directly behind the house, plus many more in the area. Nearby restaurants include Chappies, The Old Mill, The Fierce Grizzly (serving lunch and dinner) and The Watershed (coffee and sandwiches) which are all a 12 minute drive in Roxbury. Drive to Margaretville (20 minutes) and you will find a full service grocery store, plus many more restaurants and shops. Yoga available at "PLaYCatskills, 12 minutes drive.

During your stay you have exclusive access to the Roxbury Run Country Club, where seasonal activities include swimming in the heated outdoor pool and playing tennis on site. 30 minutes away is the unique experience of "Rail Explorers". You will find kayaking in Halcottsville, just a short 10 minute drive away.

There are many wedding venues nearby, including The Roxbury Barn and Estate, The Stone Tavern Farm, Plattekill Mountain, Lyne Acres and the Inn at West Settlement.
