4 P. house in a charming Breton village

Just 2 km from Pont-Aven, the famous artists' town, come and relax in this house located in the heart of the village of Nizon. You can alternate between coastal walks and cultural excursions to discover our Breton heritage. For your convenience, the beaches are approximately 9 km from the house, the expressway is 3 km away, and Lorient and Quimper are about 30 minutes away. Our house comprises, on the first floor, an entrance hall leading to a brand new, fully equipped kitchen, and to the right, a bright living room, perfect for relaxing. Adjacent to the kitchen are the bathroom and a separate toilet. You have access to the approximately 25 m² patio from both inside and outside the house. It's the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely lunch outdoors. Also useful for smokers as smoking is not permitted indoors. Upstairs, a sitting area separates the two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and a cot. The other bedroom has two single beds, and next to it is a toilet with a sink and small storage unit.
