Large 2-room apartment with garden in the middle of Pankow

The "Apartment am Bürgerpark" is a comfortably renovated 2 room apartment in our house from 1872. During the renovations, for example, we discovered the long spilled original planks, which we have lovingly raised again. The apartment is on the first floor and we have an elevator, so no stairs and carrying bags! The facility exudes comfort, which should invite my visitors to rest after a long day in the city with a tea or a bottle of wine.

The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave, stove and oven, tea and coffee utensils (including a coffee machine and a few teas to try). Kitchen equipment should allow you to cook relaxed ...

There is a dining area in the living room and a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. Additional mattresses can be booked on request.

This location was great! Five of my friends and I traveled from the US to Berlin and couldn’t have had a better experience. Judith the property manager was very helpful and communicated well. The property itself was clean and very well maintained. Absolutely no complaints!

Quiet neighborhood near park and river Panke

Apartment is spacious, kitchen well equipped and shower is great. Nice outdoor seating and pet friendly. Close to river Panke which we always enjoy to walk to Mitte (still quite a distance). A minus would be the beds, they are short and there is a weird space in between the matrasses. Very friendly host!

Cute place in a great neighborhood in Pankow

This is a cute & very clean place to stay in Pankow. The apartment was much larger than we anticipated. The shower was a good size and the apartment itself is updated and beautiful. The linens and towels were great quality. We were only there two nights so we only used the kitchen for coffee/tea in the morning. It is located close to a bus station and ubahn in Burgerpark, which made getting around on public transportation easy. Judith was kind and always answered promptly when I messaged her with questions. The only drawback for us was that the main bedroom had two twin beds that pushed together, but there was a huge crack in the middle due to the headboards touching so my husband and I basically slept on separate beds. Maybe that is normal in Germany, but it is not for us.

Haben die Zeit genossen. Geräumig, gutes Bad. Leider etwas dunkel. Gute Küche. Die Betten waren auch gut, das Schlafsofa ok. Nur konnten wir das Wohnzimmer nicht verdunkeln, weil es keine Rollos oder Vorhänge gibt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Gute Verbindung in die Innenstadt mit der M1 oder U2. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe in Pankow. Man ist schnell im Bürgerpark. Der ist ideal zum Gassigehen mit Hund. Das Lokal „Gartenküche“ (gehobene Küche) im Volkspark Schönholzer Heide, der an den Bürgerpark anschliesst, kann ich sehr empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr bequeme Betten und ruhige Lage. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Excellent séjour du début à la fin, grand logement dans un quartier avec de nombreux parcs. Pour les familles, se rappeler l'absence de machine à laver mais les propriétaires nous ont proposé une alternative. On est à cinquante minutes du centre ville par les transports en commun. Excellent accueil, nous remercions encore nos hébergeurs.
