AC/Heat - Leave AC set to 74 degrees when you leave and make sure ALL lights (inside and out) and fans are OFF. (Between November 15 and March 31 leave heat at 55 degrees)
Make sure the umbrella on the deck is down. Leave the garage door opener on the counter and DO NOT lock the handle on the garage door or front door ONLY the front deadbolt

Nice home in a great location. Only a couple miles to the north causeway to get on Pawleys. Very clean. We have a jeep with top off and the garage was a bonus. You can tell the owners take pride in this property. Looking forward to staying again.
