Luxury Waterfront Home
Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from inside and outside the home while enjoying your Nespresso cafe. On the water with kayaks, paddle boards and dock access, if desired. Gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, wine refrigerator and large gas barbecue on the deck for cooking enjoyment. Walk to either ocean beaches at Silver Strand or bay beaches at Sheltering Wings park. To make it enjoyable, we have sand toys, life jackets for kids, beach wagon, beach chairs, canopy, beach towels and a portable grill. Enjoy the day!
You can walk out the back door and jump in kayaks or on paddle boards to enjoy the canals of the Cays. Or bike along the 5 mile bike path than runs between the ocean and bay.
The neighborhood dog park overlooks the ocean to enjoy beautiful sunsets. It is a great place to walk, but certainly meetup with the 4-legged neighborhood pals.
Private neighborhood pool just step away and one block to tennis and pickle ball courts. Walk to two restaurants or the reciprocal yacht club privileges at the stunning Coronado Cays Yacht Club.
At the end of the day, relax on the spacious patio overlooking the water with a cool drink while grilling in the oversized gas grill.
And, if you need to ease your sore muscles, jump in the master steam for a soothing and relaxing experience.. Available to rent for the mid-June through August.

We purchased this home 5 years ago and completed rebuilt it with high-end appointments. We were drawn to the property for its incredible location, waterfront and most amazing sunrises. This is the first time we are renting our home and hope you will enjoy vacationing here. Coronado is amazing!
Why they chose this property
This is an ideal location for vacation with so much in walking distance. Whether beach, biking, walking, tennis, soccer, pickle ball, swimming, boating....it is all right outside your door. Beautiful neighborhood with a community of great people. Just down the road from Hotel Del and all the shops and restaurants of Coronado. Free shuttle if you choose not to bike or drive.
What makes this property unique
If you have a boat or want to rent one while here, you have the opportunity to secure a private slip at the dock behind the house. This is a unique opportunity go boating without ever needed to get in your car. If not, you can still kayak, paddle board or fish right off the dock. If you like the water, this is an ideal spot to vacation.
