Fully equipped pet friendly home 3 blocks from the heart of historic St. Andrews where you will find the Marina and Oaks by the Bay Park along with plenty of restaurants, live music and bars. It is also a 5 minute drive to Harrison Ave., the "main" street of Panama City with more restaurants, events and a brewery. It is a 16 minute drive to St. Andrews State Park for those who want some beach time. Avoid the traffic and crowds and vacation with the locals. Bring your bikes, a major bike lane runs right in front of the house. We provide beach towels and an ice chest for those traveling light. We also provide an electric fish fryer and an outside covered table to cook your fresh catch. Although this listing is new, we are not new to providing vacation opportunities in Bay County. Why they chose this property

The St. Andrews area has become a destination and more so every year. There is nowhere here that has such a high concentration of restaurants, bars, and live music. Add in the Marina and being very bike friendly we felt this property would be very attractive to those vacationing in this area. It is the kind of place we would stay.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to Beck Avenue and all the entertainment there. Also, pet friendly with a decent size back yard.
