This is a very special beachfront home in the Pointe West Subdivision. Perfect for medium size family gatherings with more than enough outdoor seating on the wrap-around porch.
The home features two primary bedrooms - one with king bed (sleeps 2), the other with queen bed (sleeps 2) and this primary with the queen bed has a beach view. Each primary has a private bath with a soaking tub and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). The fourth bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), and fifth bedroom has 1 set of twin bunk beds (sleeps 2). Living area has queen sleeper sofa (new 2017). The open concept living area features full beach views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with a dishwasher, ice maker, and all the extras that a kitchen of this caliber would have. This home features hardwood floors, stainless appliances, granite countertops and top-of-the-line everything!

Events, parties, or guests attending prom are prohibited at this home, as well as any type of large gathering with guests not listed on the reservation's Guest Registration or exceeding the maximum occupancy. These provisions are strictly enforced by Ryson Vacation Rentals, City Police and GARM (Galveston Association of Rental Managers) security. If any questions, please contact Ryson.
This vacation home should accommodate up to 4 vehicles to be parked at the property. Carpooling is highly recommended. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or designated parking space. At no time should any vehicle be parked on lawns, yards or dune. Many HOAs do not allow parking for trailers, RVs, boats, etc. Please contact Ryson with any questions.
Even if listed as a provided amenities, Ryson is unable to guarantee specific cable package, network or channels or cable and internet signal quality and cable may not be available on all TVs. Oftentimes additional TVs are available for guests wanting to hook up their own game systems or streaming devices.
All reservations require a completed Ryson Rental Agreement, and the agreement holder must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and provide a valid ID at check-in. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is at 10 am.
EXTENDED STAYS
Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

Ryson, established in 2006, is the largest local vacation rental provider on Galveston Island, offering close to 300 vacation rentals, including Ryson's Luxury Collection, in-house maintenance, housekeeping, inspection, laundry and property management.
