Ever dreamed of spending time in a cute little Hawaiian bungalow overlooking the ocean? This is it! Kapa’a Sands is known for its vintage Hawaiian charm. Relax to the sounds of the surf outside. This is one of the highly sought-after, oceanfront studios at Kapa’a Sands. This property has 24 unique studios and two-bedroom condos. Every retreat is a corner unit, with louvered windows on three sides that allow the cooling Tradewinds to blow through the abode.

Kapa’a Sands 11 is located on the top floor of a two-story building. The tiled entryway leads to the carpeted living area that includes a queen bed. Enjoy reading a book on the lanai while watching the Nai'a (dolphins) play and Honu (turtles) feeding on the reef. An occasional Hawaiian Monk Seal can be seen sunning on the beach fronting this property.

When not relaxing, enjoy a stroll on the beach or a dip in the community pool. You can also take in activities or a hike within a few minutes’ drive or walk to a nearby shopping area where unique shops, casual dining, a weekly farmer’s market, and a hula show can be found. The perfect spot for a unique Hawaii vacation!

Excellent property and fantastic experience

Very clean and very well maintained condo. Kitchen in particular was well stocked with everything we needed. Bathroom a bit small but clean adequate for 2 people. Bed comfortable. View of the ocean from the lanai and easy access to small quiet beach was the highlight. The grounds are beautiful with the tropical plants and trees. A basic service request for an exterior bulb outage was addressed very promptly. Overall, highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful location

We love Kapaa Sands and have stayed approximately 10 times. This was our first time in this unit. It was extremely clean with upgrades, the only thing we did not like was the fact that the bed was queen size and had very scratchy sheets. There is no need for the large bedside tables or lamps. Smaller tables and hard wired reading lights on each side of the bed would be better. Also the chairs to sit in were extremely uncomfortable. We mostly sat on the patio which was amazing. The umbrella and chairs were broken but we emailed and had brand new nice ones on our porch within a few hours, amazing customer service. We would definitely stay again but would suggest a larger bed and nicer sheets

Just lovely!

Everything was perfect for our stay. It was walking distance to the beach and shopping. The studio was immaculately clean and well appointed with everything we need it. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The grounds were also very clean and well cared for. I highly recommend this location.

Great Room!

The room was clean and well maintained with a great view. Private beach, we never saw more than a couple other people. Easy to get to and conveniently located. Easy to get to all areas of the island. We would definitely stay here again!!
