Very quiet, lovely space to stay while visiting family in Rutherfordton. We didn't have a chance to explore the property, but the farmhouse itself was lovely, clean, and well-equipped.
Wonderful stay in the farmhouse guest quarters. Loved walking the trails. The glass chapel was beautiful to go to at night. Everything was excellent. Will definitely be back to stay at the cabins on the property.
The owners were very friendly. The guest suite was beautiful and fully stocked. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. The grounds were also very lovely. I only wished i had more time to enjoy it.
This is a GREAT place for a Get AwayExtremely Quiet and Peaceful !!!!A little remote but a reasonable drive to downtownLots of trails with peaceful resting spotsWill visit Again & Again
My family absolutely loved our time at the farmhouse! The grounds are beautiful and fun to explore. The home was charming and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Can’t wait to stay here again!
We were very pleased with our accommodations. We had everything we needed to enjoy two restful days and nights. The property was lovely and convenient for our purposes. Would recommend it for anyone who wants a clean, comfortable place to spend some time.
This is our 3rd stay on the property and 2nd stay in the farmhouse. My daughter lives in Rutherfordton so we spent most of our time with her to include visiting Biltmore, which took all of Sunday. We stayed from Friday evening to Sunday morning. No time to explore as we have done in the past.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and quiet. It was a true home away from home. Steve and Laura were very kind. We would definitely stay here again!
Sweet little attached guest quarters! Excellent for a long quiet weekend!
Beautiful grounds and fabulous chapel! Easy driving to many neighboring sites/destinations!
The property is beautiful and the guest quarters provided a quiet, comfortable and clean place to stay. The bed mattress and bed and bath linens were great quality. We had a great weekend!
We enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. It was relaxing, quiet, and comfortable. Wish we had more time to look around and hike the trails they have. Would definitely stay again.
I enjoyed my stay at the farmhouse. The location was great! The property was beautiful! I loved exploring the trails, seeing the glass chapel, and the bell tower. Laura and Steve were so friendly and were helpful when we needed it. Overall it was a great stay!
Amazing property and owners. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. It was just a short drive to many activities. The owners were so accommodating and knowledgeable.
This is an AMAZING place for solitude, reflection, and soul/spirit healing. It was exactly what we needed, when we needed it. Our hosts responded to requests quickly and were so accommodating when I chose the wrong check out date (1 day less than I thought) so we didn’t need to find a place to stay for one night.
Great place to stay, beautiful property. It was not the original place I had booked but due to an error the host was able to get me into a different cabin. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the woods. The cracks in the floor are a bit wide so careful with your toes. A few minor cleaning issues but nothing that hindered our stay. Overall a great place and I would recommend the red roof cabin to other people.
