Located in the larger Litchfield by the Sea community, this four-bed/two-and-a-half-bath home offers a prime fusion of comfort and convenience. Enjoy al fresco meals on the huge wraparound deck after a leisurely dip in the pool.

Kick back in the coastal-themed living area and watch a movie on the smart TV. A gas fireplace adds an extra layer of comfort. The pristine kitchen is equipped with all you need to create your favorite dishes, including ample cookware and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, the table and the kitchen bar both seat six.

Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout, then dine alfresco on the spacious wraparound deck.

All four bedrooms feature a TV for guest convenience. The primary bedroom is fitted with an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.

The house was wonderfully furnished and every room was setup as expected. Some items to consider:1. New shower curtain needed upstairs 2. Hornets nest on the outside of the property - 7 were inside the house during our stay 3. Leave more trash bags, 2 are not sufficient Everything else was as expected.

This is our third visit to this property and we love it. Anyone who stay here needs to understand that the room with the bunkbeds is more of a walk-in closet size. I would recommend this room only for small children. The master bedroom is lovely, but the bed is very uncomfortable. We love the close proximity to the beach in the community pool is right across the street. The house is decorated beautifully and the kitchen has everything you need. The screened in porch on the side is very comfortable. The owner needs to let the HOA know that all of the lounge chairs by the pool,with the exception of two, are cracked.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and overall quality of this updated property. It felt like a total luxury experience for a very reasonable rate. The house suited all of our needs, and then some. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Reunion

What a beautiful home, resort and location for a relaxing getaway w family. Wish we could have stayed longer!! We added an extra bonus and rented a limo golf cart that was delivered our first day and we enjoyed driving around the resort, fishing at the pier and walking along the beach. We also enjoyed one evening at Murril’s Inlet Marsh walk. Lots of restaurants, boat rentals and leisure walking on the piers. Loved the porch and having coffee w a view ! Litchfield on the Seas community is beautiful !!! ❤️

Lovely

The house is lovely, quiet, and convenient. Our family has been coming to this beach for over 40 years, and the resort for over 30 years. The house has the best layout for our family. It ticks all of our boxes, for the most part. -comfortable mattresses -spacious and open main living area with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen -great climate control -a stone’s throw from the pool -a short walk to the beach and tennis courts This is our second day at this unit and we hope to return.

Beach retreat

Great location! Walkable to the beach & close to restaurants & other amenities. Furniture could use some refreshing as it's getting pretty worn down. The porch would be nice if decking, roof, & screen were to be repaired. Kitchen supplies are minimal & what is there is either broken, melted or incomplete sets (measuring spoons, spatulas, etc.) Listing stated beach toys & chairs, however most things are moldy or covered in mildew. Very comfortable & offers lots of space! Most bedrooms & bathrooms were nice. One had an issue with the window causing condensation dropping from the vent onto the bed/pillow. Reached out for help but no one ever came to fix it.

Great house great location tasteful renovation

2 things that need attention The TV in the living room has some faulty led that leads to half the picture being obscured by a shadow. Not a big deal since the pool is right across the street For people who have vacationed at litchfield by the sea you should let them know that a pass will be waiting on them at the gate and not at the formal lbts check in area. We do love what you have done to this house and are going to plan our next trip there soon

Stunning Location

Our family stayed 10 days. There were sufficient rooms and open living spaces for our whole family to feel comfortable. The interior decorations were absolutely stunning. The only thing was the cleanliness of the home. The throw rugs and furniture need deep cleaning as well as the house. I should say that I am an extremely picky person. There was also no beach equipment which is minor The house was a 5 min walk to the beach and again the location is rated a 10. Overall an amazing peaceful vacation. A perfect house to welcome our 1st son in law. Thank you.

Less than Expected. Disappointing overall experience.

Not very clean. Stayed in this exact property a year ago and was great then. Not so much this time. Hard time checking in…same as last year. No one let gate know we were coming. Doubt I will go this route in the future.

Weeklong Family Beach Vacation

We truly enjoyed the beautiful setting at Litchfield Beach and the wrap-around porch was our favorite part. The proximity to the beach and the access at the clubhouse was perfect for our family's needs. Unfortunately, we based our meal plan on the listing stating a gas grill would be present and it was not. Four hours of phone calls/chats with Vacasa were needed to get this rectified, but it eventually was. Additionally, the ice maker on the refrigerator was broken and no one would assist us with fixing this. There are broken screens on the deck and a rusted springs on the screened porch door, not a huge issue but rather a hazard for tiny people and evidence that the upkeep on the home is lacking. Otherwise we were comfortable during our stay.

Needs a thorough cleaning

The layout of the house was good. We had a very good time but the lack of cleanliness would prevent us from booking again. The maintenance person responded to our problems and fixed the problems we found, such as master toilet, blown electrical breaker box, and insufficient towels. There were several electrical outlets that didn’t work throughout the house. It would be helpful to have towel bars in the bathrooms. There were too many people to find space to dry towels. There were a huge number of remote controls that were not labeled which made it difficult to operate. This house has potential if theses things are addressed.

We were glad the property was open in spite of the hurricane Ian. The wedding did go on so we were able to attend with the small number of people who made it. Unfortunately the winds blew the screen porch screens in and broke a lamp - explained this to the housekeeper when she came.

Beautiful home!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this home during our trip! It was enough space for all of us. There is a beach access close by which made traveling with a group easier! Home was clean upon arrival and beds were super comfy! Everyone was in awe at how beautiful this home was too when we walked in. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Litchfield By The Sea-Compass Court

We loved out stay at Compass Court! Awesome house, plenty of room, great layout to the house and furnished very nicely. The beach house had everything we needed. It was very clean upon arrival. Great location, swimming pool directly across the street, and the beach club access was very close as well. Great wrap around deck, plenty of beach chairs and bikes, very well equipped! Would rent this house again for sure! Perfect for a large family or multiple families. All around lovely stay!
