This property was absolutely perfect for our get away weekend. The location was in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The patio makes this a remarkable find. We loved going to the rooftop to play cards, have a fire, and watch the sunset. The entire apartment was clean. The coffee was an added bonus. I loved the four beach chairs that we could carry on our backs to the ocean. The host replied to my questions, except for one during my stay, which was kind of odd. Overall, a wonderful place, two short blocks to the ocean.

Lovely beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will cherish such fond memories of beautiful Newport Beach. The host provided all the comforts of home, including beach chairs and sand toys for our kids. Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

The upper view level is extraordinary and makes for a wonderful getaway. Great BBQ. The kitchen was extra nice with all you need. Just a fun place to stay and so close to the beach and ferry.

We have had a fantastic stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The rooftop was incredible. We had such a wonderful experience we extended an extra day. The neighbors were kind, the area quiet. Ample parking and walking paths were stunning.
