*WE ARE A CITY APPROVED VACATION RENTAL* This is a clean, quiet, BEAUTIFUL, residential neighborhood, We have the absolute best location! 1 minute walk to the beach and just a short walk to Main Street and the Pier. If you're looking for a fun family favorite vacation house year after year, you've come to the right place. This house sleeps 6.
Owner, Jennifer, takes pride in choosing comfy beds, fresh clean linens, beautiful decorations, and fully stocking the kitchen with all your needs. She has provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, board games, and a Nintendo Wii and free WiFi to keep you entertained during your stay.

This house is totally remodeled and a beautifully decorated 2 story house. Downstairs has 2 living rooms, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, laundry room & large porch which opens to landscaped backyard with gas fire-pit & gas BBQ for family grilling.

Upstairs comprises master suite with king bed, balcony & bathroom with a deep soaking Jacuzzi tub/shower combo and 2 sinks. 2nd bedroom has king bed with attached bathroom which also has hallway access. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Downstairs, the dining area opens onto a large porch with ample space for dining, or just relaxing in the shade. The porch leads to perfect outdoor space for entertaining friends and family. One car garage assigned parking within a two car garage and street parking pass.

Jennifer takes great pride in her home, in between guests the house is professionally cleaned and will be immaculate when you arrive.

This house was perfect. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. Owner was wonderful and accommodating. We were in the area for the birth of our grandson and we had a fabulous time. Nice outdoor area w a fire pit for when the weather is nice. There is garage parking which was another convenience.

We had a great stay at this cute house. There were 6 adults, and we were all very comfortable. We had great communication with the host. The house was walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The weather was amazing during out stay so we took advantage of the back porch. Great stay, I would definitely stay here again. Family weekend trip

We absolutely loved this property and would stay again! It is a very short walk to the beach. We watched the sunset and got great Mexican Food at Taco Surf. It is close to the freeway and great for a family. We had 5 adults and everything was perfect.

Love seal Beach

Had a relaxing and quiet stay. Loved the quick access to the beach, green belt, and Main St. La Crema restaurant on Main street is a great breakfast and lunch place if you are traveling with dogs. Loved staying at the beautiful yellow house!

We had a wonderful stay here with the family! My 3 year old son and grandparents and auntie all fit great here! And the location is hard to beat! We look forward to hopefully coming back and staying here again!

Fabulous location for a quiet getaway!

The beautiful home was very well equipped, super clean and made for a very enjoyable stay. This was our first time at Seal Beach. Loved the sleepy little neighborhood and perfect location to walk to dinner, spas, and shopping!

Great location - near beach and restaurants, coffee, etc. on Main St. House was comfortable for 5 adults and having a parking spot in the garage was nice. House had a few minor issues - blinds that weren't mounted correctly, a toilet tank that had a minor leak (and therefore ran for a few seconds every 10 minutes or so), dishwasher tray that would not slide in an out easily.

Great house and location!

The house was perfect for my family...we had 4 adults and 2 kids and we were super comfy. Jennifer the owner was very responsive and her son greeted us upon arrival to show us around. Only 1.5 blocks from the beach and close to main street. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Great house and great host

The house is in great shape and conveniently has all the rooms upstairs, which makes it easy when having kids around. Nice back patio for hanging out, and very close to the beach. Host was wonderful and we will definitely be renting again!
