STUNNING two-bedroom cabin on the Watauga River in Elizabethton, TN. Our western themed cabin is minutes from Johnson City and around 20 minutes from the Bristol Motor Speedway and Casino. The newly built cabin offers a full size kitchen, beautifully made front porch, a spacious hot shower, a huge smart tv, and an relaxing aroma. Enjoy fishing and hiking while visiting among the other activities in the area.

Perfect for what was needed

This is a great place to sit and watch time go by as the river levels change hourly because of the damn release schedule. Fairly quiet even when people are in the other cabins. 10 to 20 minutes to most places.

I give this property a high rating; the description is very accurate. A comfortable 2-bedroom place with decent bathroom and a good kitchen. We were there for a fishing trip and it is perfectly situated for that.

Great river location

It was a nice quiet spot on the river. The fishing was good just outside our door. The place was clean and nice. Close to town for groceries, other fishing spots and restaurants. It is nestled into a more industrial/commercial area, but once you are in the cabin, you don't really notice it. Great for a quiet get away or a fun fishing adventure.

Beautiful cabin on Watauga river!

Old neighborhood of Elizabethton so truly surprised how quite it was and cabin is beautiful with everything you need provided. I have lots of family there's my hometown but military kid so traveled alot.

New cabin on river

Cabin is not remote, but easy to get to and close to everything. Kitchen is modern, internet is fast, TV works great, has heating and cooling. Way better than staying in a hotel.

Our Stay

Our check in process was very easy, Beautiful view! Our cabin was right on the river. It was very clean and well stocked. We met our host the morning we were leaving. He was very nice. Even showed us inside the other cabins that were near. We will definitely stay here again!! Had a wonderful relaxing vacation!!

Very nice new cabin that is right on the river. Very clean and had lots of amenities. Better than staying at a hotel for sure. Pretty easy to find once typing the address into Google maps and plenty of information given through e-mails about the stay.

Beautiful River View

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space. Kitchen nicely stocked but could use a cutting board. Enjoyed meals outside with rush of the river flowing. Great addition of a fire pit!

Cabin on wattage river

Nice cozy cabin right on the river. Has just enough pots, pans, and coffee Kurig to make you comfortable. The only downside is the surrounding neighborhood and being next to a trailer park and a dog daycare kennel. We felt safe during our stay but could have been a nicer neighborhood.

First Time in Tennesse

This is a nice new cabin directly on the river, we were able to spend time with out sons and they're wives and our grandchildren, Having a drink on the patio while watching the kids play by the river was just what we were wanting when we planned this trip. And the Host was very accommodating. And out little pup had a great time, lots of roaming room.! Thank you, can't wait for out next trip.

Rental process and communication a breeze. The river is beautiful, but the neighborhood is not secluded and you can hear traffic noiise in the cabin. Overall a nice enough experience though. Still way better than a hotel!

Peaceful and quiet

My wife, myself and our 2 pups enjoyed this lovely newly built cabin on a rapidly running creek. There were 2 big fields for the pups to run around and play. They had all the necessary items for a home so we only needed our personal items. Great wifi, cell service was also good and we were about 5 minutes from anything we needed. The town is intimate, quiet and the people are lovely. We drove all over and visited cities and sites in Virgina, Tennessee and North Carolina. Snowboarding was 45 mins away and we enjoyed Beech mountain for a bit. We hiked with the dogs all over and cooked dinner in the evenings while building fires in the fire pit next to the creek.

Horrible location

The location of the place was horrible. In the pictures it looked beautiful but it was actually horrible. I was hoping you can swim in the river by the way it looked in the pictures. The current was to strong. There was geese poop all over the place when you would out go walk. There was a dog keenel and another business we you drive in. That was not in the pictures they posted. Also we had people smoking weed all time of the day. The place was clean but the location was NOT.
