This inviting beach home is located one block from the ocean and one block from the bay. The first floors open plan consists of kitchen, dining area, living room, and a small sun room. There is a half bath and enclosed washer and dryer. The large windows and stain glass accents fill the rooms with sunlight throughout the day.
Three colorful bedrooms are located on the second floor. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full bath (shower). The second bedroom has twin beds and the third has a daybed with trundle. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The spacious backyard includes an enclosed shower with dressing area , picnic table, grill, rolling bar, fire pit and a salt water hot tub (serviced weekly)
The house is conveniently located in the center of town, making it easy to walk to stores, restaurants, church, mini golf and more.

Perfect beach week

The location and layout of the backyard made for a terrific week ! The house is in walking distance to town, beach and bay .. perfect for walks on the boardwalk and sunset on the bay
