Super clean, and convenient location! Great roof deck with sitting furniture. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Very well stocked with shampoo/conditioner, bathroom and kitchen amenities (and the all natural kind too!). Could have used a supply of coffee too- would be my only suggestion to add for a convenient stay. Excellent communication and super easy check in. Would stay there again!

Everything was clean and comfortable! We were in town for a conference and did not spending much time at the rental other than to grab a quick bit and sleep, but it suited our needs perfectly. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great place to stay. Parking was easy and building felt safe. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and we loved the rooftop area. We all enjoyed the arcade games. It is a busy road, and there is not a ton of green space for pets, so keep that in mind! We had an issue with the internet, but the manager worked quickly to get it back up and running!

Location was perfect. Close to downtown but away from the busy-ness. House was clean. We loved the game room and rooftop patio. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Definitely does not sleep 8 like stated. 5 at best. And only room for 1 car in the garage so be prepared If you take more than car. There were some damages to furniture/ water damages to the property prior to showing up and no easy way to communicate that to the host.

Music City 21st Birthday

We loved our home! I did miss the opportunity of communication with an owner due to the Vasasa connectin. I used to own a property rented short term and the best part was the interation with guests. this stay had no interaction with the owner and that's the best part of a stay when an owner has recommendations.

Overall good but could use some additions to make greag

The good: clean, comfy beds, thick and fluffy towels, water pressure in showers was great, mini shampoos/conditioners provided, quiet and private, fun video games, help and contact from Property manager. The bad: both coffee makers missing parts to function, no espresso machine as advertised, water leaking problem in master bath (was fixed almost immediately), kitchen lacked LOTS (no decent or large knives, terrible wine glasses (only two that were glass, the other plastic ones looked like retirement party leftovers), no large cutting boards or baking sheets (had pizza the first night and was difficult to serve), silverware was also very sad), lots of stairs-whew!

Definitely recommend

I’m cautious about renting any places from a company. But this stay was perfect. Everything was clean, everything we needed was provided for us, about 10-15 away from Broadway, and a nice quiet location. We had our music up pretty loud for a few hours and no one complained or said anything. The only thing I would have to say negative would be there was only one blanket for people sleeping on the pull out couch. Other than that, a perfect stay

Great time! Niner Nation and Hotty Toddy yall!

1st off the location is a little snug getting to the garage but great home, clean, lots of natural light and the star of the show was the rooftop patio! We could've slept up there! It made me want to build a new home just to add that addition! Fantastic idea! Just a fyi if your on the older side, have bad knees, or use assistive devices to walk and cant really climb stairs this will not be ideal for you as there is 4 flights of stairs or maybe 5 to go outside. Nothing is downstairs so climbing the stairs is mandatory. We will definitely book again when in nashville! Hotty Toddy Yall!

Good for price

They need more towels and an extra set of sheets. They have a pull out couch but no extra sheets and sleep 8 and have nowhere near enough towels. I'd bring both of those things with you if you stay. We also had issues with the A/C. It wouldn't go down past 77. They did get this fixed promptly during our stay tho!! I would recommend it just keep those things in mind.

Bunk bed disaster

The place was cute but I would not advise more that 4 adults if you book. We booked for 7 adults and the bunk beds couldn’t even support 1 adult. So 4 adults had to sleep on the ground for safety reasons and even maintance came and agreed that we should continue sleeping on the floor cause the bunk beds weren’t safe. The maintenance man was so sweet though, he was great. The wood on the top bunk was bowing and the bottom bunk the slats were not screwed in and some were missing. Maintance came and put more slats in and skews them down but still said he wouldn’t trust the bed. So for two nights 4 adults had to sleep on the floor of the living room .

Good spot for the money but probably wouldn’t stay again.

On the surface it’s a nice property for a small family to stay. It was stocked with enough laundry detergent & paper towels to get you started. The 2 arcade games in the garage were fun, but it’s incredibly hot in there so you couldn’t really hang out there. Internet worked well and was easy to connect. I would recommend finding a new cleaning service. It was generally clean, but if you looked deeper there was mold in the grout of the shower, everything was dusty, and floors were swept but probably not mopped. If you are a bigger person you will not be able to take a shower. The door only opens 1/4-1/3 of the way because the sink is in the way in both bathrooms. Nothing wrong with it, but it should be taken in to consideration. Ice maker didn’t work, not enough towels (only 4 for the entire house that sleeps 6-8 people). In the bedrooms there was no where to unpack your clothes so we had to leave our clothes in our suitcases. Hardly any lamps, so overhead lighting was all there was. Garage barely fit my Nissan Armada while still being able to open the door to the inside. Now with all of that said, for the price the stay was good.

Loved it!

Overall, this rental was precious! The cutest "Nashvilley" decor and plenty to get us started in the kitchen. Only negatives were that there were no doors to the upstairs bathrooms, which was a little weird.

Not a place for older people

First of f all, way to many stairs for older people living room very uncomfortable, no place to relax as seats very uncomfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom with no doors. No privacy except for a curtain in guest room. Loud music until three in the morning next door, no contact information if property manager. Terrible stay

Nashville Townhouse

We loved our stay here. Loved the top outdoor deck at night. The house was super clean. Was just a short Uber ride to get to Broadway. I would highly recommend a stay here!
