The way the listing is advertised with the pictures appears to have two full bedrooms but it only has one king and 2 twin. A friend of mine was coming to stay with me for the second nights and since there wasn't another full bedroom other than the kids beds I checked out early after one night so we could stay somewhere else.

The photos clearly show the bed configuration in each room. I was surprised that you requested a refund without providing an explanation and then left this review. I work hard to accurately represent my properties in each listing, including photos and details, so guests know what to expect before booking. I’m glad you were able to stay one night!

Visit with family that lives in area

Reserving this property was easy. The owner communicated with us in a timely manner prior to our arrival, so we knew the address and electronic key# in plenty of time. The house was very comfortable and had plenty of coffee, bottled water, dish washing and laundry soap, etc. in stock. My favorite VRBO in Bella Vista so far.

Bella Vista

This the 2nd time for us staying in this VRBO, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. This year we did play golf a couple of times - once on the course right off the patio. Fun! This condo is perfect for us, and we hope to be back.
