Beautiful and quiet corner home in a lovely neighborhood in Southold. 100 year old farmhouse but with modern conveniences. Walk to town and walk to Peconic Bay. House features a charming outdoor shower, patio, deck and screened-in porch. Two bedrooms and full bath are located downstairs with two bedrooms and half bath upstairs. Central air conditioning and washer/dryer. Decorated lovingly -- one might call it charming chic. The kitchen is new with hardwood floors and French country table for dining inside vs. on the deck outside. Mature landscaping with arborvitaes providing lots of privacy on the property. The Founder's Landing Beach is a half mile away is great for children as it has a lifeguard as well as swing set, slide and merry-go-round plus a grassy area with picnic benches. "Heaven on earth."
