Large yard w/ river running through property and a cute bridge to cross over to get to the sandy beach. This property is only a 35-minute drive to Marquette and only an hour from Houghton.
Home was built in 2013 and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All three bedrooms have King beds. There is also an open loft area with a Queen bed.
Living room and master bedroom have patio doors out to the large deck overlooking Brown's Bay, which is one of the most sought after locations of Lake Michigamme. Approximately 300 feet of sandy beach frontage with a dock and option to rent a pontoon boat. Patio furniture on both the deck and beach are available for your use. There are also two fire pits available with some firewood provided for your stay.
You will not be disappointed with this home and property!!!
Note: There is a Nest flood light security camera facing the driveway to monitor the house when it is vacant. The camera is not able to see the majority of the property. The only activity it monitors is who is coming and going. Owner is able to turn the camera off if necessary.
