For your safety, those around you, and our home, we have installed a Ring Doorbell at the front door which overlooks the front porch. There are also three exterior cameras, one in the front which oversees the parking area, and one on each side of the home. These record 24/7. Use of these devices helps ensure capacity limitations, guest safety, and easy communication with owner if necessary

Wonderful stay at Sunset Memories villa

We returned again to this wonderful villa for the 6th time, albeit for only 6 nights this time. Beds are comfortable. Love the games room and the upstairs themed rooms.Pool deck is great. The welcome pack is indeed very welcome. Everything thought of. Thank you Kristine.

Excellent house to stay at!

This house was wonderful! Very nicely furnished, clean and well kept. Lots of extras like towels, beach towels, pool floats, etc. We would stay here again when we visit Orlando! Owners were great to work with too!

Quality villa stay in Orlando.

We spent 13 nights in this villa and was the best one we have stayed at with over 20 past stays in the Orlando area. When we were at the villa we all enjoyed quality family time around the pool enjoying the outside fridge/TV and of course the pool on the extra large sun deck. The sunsets were amazing and to sit there with the family and a few drinks was a highlight for all of us. Yes, you can get cheaper villas in the Orlando area but it's worth paying more (in my opinion) to totally relax in a quality setting.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location

Everything was perfect at Sunset Memories, we had a wonderful stay. We felt the photos did not actually do it justice and it was much bigger than we had thought. Spotlessly clean, lots and lots of towels, lovely games room and pool area. All the decor is very tasteful and feels modern and new. Windsor Hills is great and in a super location for the parks, especially Disney. Would highly recommend.

Best stay yet in Orlando

Everything about the villa was exceptional - from the booking process, communication, cleanliness, check-in process, helpful details from owner. We have stayed in villas before in Orlando - Sunset Memories stood out as the best we have visited. Window Hills is always a location we choose, due to it's proximity to parks, restaurants - and super handy having a Walmart so close. The extended pool size in this villa made a huge difference for the kids, being able to swim every day. Could not fault in anyway - just hope we get a chance to return some day!

Great Family Vacation!!!

This property is top notch. Very well equipped and organized. Owners have completed some real nice upgrades and renovations which make the property stand out. Our family particularly enjoyed the extended pool deck area and the fire table is a great addition.

Beautiful House

This is a beautiful house! It’s very clean. It has everything you need and more. We loved the extended deck, pool, and hot tub. It’s in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with a gated entrance. It’s close to many restaurants, Disney, and grocery stores. It’s large enough for 2 families. The owner is very accommodating, responds to any questions very quickly. My family loved staying at Sunset Memories Villa.

Amazing

Stayed with my wife, 2 kids and in-laws. Plenty of room for all of us. The house is in great shape and well appointed. Kids loved the pool and the extended outdoor area is great, we spent a lot of time out there. Doesn’t get any better than this!

Wonderful stay as usual

Stayng at Sunset Memories villa for the 4th time was as wonderful as our other trips. Plenty of space, high quality throughout, great pool and deck. Kristine communicates clearly and provides all the information you need. Grandson loved the Star Wars room and grand-daughter the Mickey room. Beds comfortable. Games room great. Loved the Pac-Man! Grandchildren loved the water park too. We shall be back.

Wonderful property

Our multigenerational family loved our VRBO. Great location and close to Disney. The pool and deck were perfect for family time. Communication was great with the property owner. The house had a lot of amenities and a great kitchen. Awesome vacation home.

Amazing stay

We stayed for a week as an extended family and had the most amazing time. We found the house to be perfect with plenty of space for the family to each have their own space. 11/10 property! Amazing Vacation

We had the pleasure of staying at Sunset Villa from December 1–10, and it exceeded every expectation! Our group of eight—four adults and four children—felt completely at home. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and spacious enough for everyone to relax comfortably. Traveling with three children who have special needs (including one with strict dietary requirements), the fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver. The private pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of the trip—our kids loved them so much that, even though we visited Disney and Universal, their favorite memories came from swimming and soaking in the hot tub! The resort amenities were an incredible bonus. The clubhouse, water park, and community pool were fantastic, and the kids adored the free craft activities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—even helping inflate a pool float! Kristine, the property owner, was outstanding—responsive, helpful, and a joy to work with. Communication was seamless from start to finish. We would rate this property 11/10 and can’t wait to return—honestly, we’d skip the theme parks next time just to enjoy this amazing villa and resort amenities. Highly recommend Sunset Villa for families looking for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories!

Beautiful property

Had a lovely stay in Sunset Memories Villa, one week just wasn’t enough. Very well presented property, the beds and adjustable bedroom fans were brilliant. My husband particularly loved the TVs especially by the pool. The games room was just amazing although unfortunately we didn’t make full use of it due to lack of time. Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful home!

We have been coming to the Orlando area for years, and this was the best vacation home we have stayed in. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt relaxed with the beautiful decor and the amazing view from the back windows. It was so nice to have privacy while swimming and overlook nature. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated the extended pool area, the quality seating outside, and the little touches of adding Mickey Mouse to the pool steps and the lights in the pool at night. The beds were very comfortable. I hope to return next year!

What an outstanding home

This property had the wow factor from the moment we opened the door. The owners have thought of, and provided, everything. Communication was great throughout and although we had no reason to contact the owner, they reached out to us several times throughout our stay to make sure everything was alright. I would recommend the location and look forward to staying there again.

Why they chose this property

We waited over a year for this house. We knew what community we wanted to be in, knew the area of the community we wanted and even the floor plan we wanted. One day, the stars aligned and we were able to purchase our dream home. We spent 2 months completely renovating our home, inside and out, and are so excited to share it with our guests!

What makes this property unique

The most unique benefit of our home is absolutely the backyard. Aside from the unobstructed sunset views, the privacy is second to none. We sit on a bluff (so no rear neighbors) and our pool screen is also fitted with privacy screening so you can enjoy the lanai and pool without feeling looked on. Our home boasts an additional 480 square feet of deck space (more than most any home in Windsor Hills) and was created with a resort style feel.
