Peaceful 3 bedroom family home that sleeps 7 guests comfortably. Located near Tarpon Springs and only a few minutes away from the closest beaches, parks, restaurants, entertainment & Innisbrook Resort.
About the home
The home offers 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed + additional futon, 1 queen bed and 1 bunk bed (twin over full). The Master bedroom has a designated work area with height adjustable desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most of your home appliances (coffee maker for 12 cups and single Keurig style, toaster, range, oven, air fryer, crockpot, small waffle iron and dishwasher).
Dining is available indoor (4 seats at table and 2 additional barstool seats) and outdoor on the patio (propane bbq available).
All TV’s in the house have Amazon Fire Sticks for your personal streaming apps. The Living room TV also offers a DVD player, DVD’s and board games for your entertainment.
Guest access
Guests will have access via a keyless entry lock. There is parking available in front of the house. The driveway will fit 2 cars.
Other things to note
The house is located in a residential area and only a few minutes drive away from the nearest beach, park, shopping and entertainment. There are lots of opportunities for outdoor activities, like biking the Pinellas Trail or taking a stroll through downtown Tarpon Springs.
For golf enthusiast, the Valspar Tournament is less than 10 minutes drive away.
