HOLIDAY SALE! Spacious 3 BR close to the Beach! Pet Friendly! ALL 5 ⭐️ reviews!

This spacious 3 bedroom home has been newly decorated/furnished and is perfect for your trip! Comfy beds, lots of space, an arcade, air hockey/table tennis, beautiful shaded fenced back yard with a comfortable deck, spacious fully equipped kitchen, close to the World famous Sponge Docks, 2 separate incredible beaches super close, historic downtown, lots of breweries with live music, across the street from a park w/ tennis courts, and more- there's something for everyone!

Sleeps 8 with the pull out queen sized sofa bed. Master bedroom has a comfortable, cool king bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The pull out sofa bed is located in the “family room” with its own temperature control & ability to close doors for noise barrier & privacy. Every single bedroom plus the family room have smart TV’s. Very comfortable & spacious.

Everything is accessible except 2 locked closets for owner/cleaning supplies

Locally accessible for emergencies but contact free check in

Quiet residential area close to downtown, sponge docks, 2 beaches, parks, restaurants, breweries, and more.

2 car garage with a large driveway. Plenty of parking. Located in a residential neighborhood.

There is a single nest camera pointed at the driveway.

Bring your golf cart or bikes (or rent them!) you can get almost everywhere locally on a golf cart or bikes- even the beach!

The backyard is fenced but not secure for smaller dogs. Please be cautious with pets and smaller children.

We offer a pack n’ play portable crib for those traveling with infants. High chair is also available upon request.
No events/ parties. NO smoking/vaping/etc inside the house.
No pets on furniture or left unattended.

Perfect Beach House

We were looking for a place to stay close to the Tarpon Springs beaches and this house was absolutely perfect! Very comfortable for my family and in a Great location to access everything Tarpon has to offer!

Fantastic property for golf vacation

We were travelling for a golf tournament at Innisbrook and this property set up perfectly for our needs. My daughters loved the arcade machine and coziness of being able to come "home" after a long day on the course. We enjoyed being able to eat in and relax. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean! Will be back soon.

Nice place to relax and enjoy the local area

Great place to stay and relax and enjoy the local area. Close to Tarpon Springs downtown, right across the road from a park with tennis courts and a soccer field. It was nice to sit on the back deck and enjoy breakfast as the weather during our stay was perfect. Very clean with new appliances and plenty of room inside, huge Florida room with video games, ping pong table, air hockey and a nice TV.

Beautifully Pristine

The entire stay was perfect. This house had everything we could possibly need and it was exactly as listed. There is so much to do in Tarpon with 2 beaches only minutes away. The owner is attentive but we honestly didn’t need a thing. Do not let this gorgeous house pass you by!

The Perfect Vacation Home

Our stay at this house was incredibly enjoyable and far exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. Its proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach was a tremendous advantage for our family. The games and the spacious backyard were a big hit with our kids. We're already eagerly anticipating a return visit in the future. Thank you for offering such a wonderful home for our stay.

70th BD celebration

Do not miss a chance to stay here! This home is even more beautiful than the pics depict. I always thought I had a knack for decorating but the decor in this home has caused me to rethink that. :) It is immaculate, well equipped with anything you might need or want. Tv's in all rooms are awesome! Beds are comfy, and linens are lovely and soft, albeit we only used 2 of the three rooms. Location is central to anywhere you want to go. Tips: getting in/out of driveway is tricky as road is very busy and people drive much to fast-tried to back in but that was not doable. Drive however is wide enough to turn around to pull out. At first, I was a little concerned about road noise, but it was no issue at all. IMPORTANT tip: Be sure to pull the front door hard to close. My husband did not do so, and the door would open. Our puppy ran to the open door a few times. Thank you for everything Kristen!

Beautiful, Comfortable Home!

Lovely home and responsive, welcoming host. Could not have asked for a better place in Tarpon Springs. So close to the beaches! And we had fun playing the classic video games.
