Custom/cozy- beach house, walking distance to beach and everything you need.
If you love the beach and need a place to stay. Check out our custom-built beach house, it’s named for our sister “happy daizies”. At our house you’ll have plenty of place outside to sit around, tell stories, have a drink, tan, play games and people watch. If you want to spend time grilling, playing outside games, we have a tiki bar downstairs with 8 barstool, an outside shower to clean off before you go inside, a 65” tv, pellet grill, propane grill and an oversized fenced in yard for the kids.. If you want to go spend the day at the beach, we are an 8-minute walk from our house to the beach. Enjoy watching amazing sunsets, cruise ships off the front porch, or just listen to the wind chimes.
At Happy Daizies house all you need to bring is your toothbrush and your food. Everything else you’ll need for your vacation is provided.
This is our second home, so it is well equipped and we hope to host you and hope that it is everything you expect for your next vacation.

We are a family of 8 that loves to spend time at the beach. We bought this home for our family with the hopes of sharing it with other families to enjoy as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
Our sister loves Crystal Beach. She loves to sit around outside or at the beach reading, telling stories and listening to people talk or the waves crash in to the sand. She is a caring person and loves everyone she meets. We named our house after her and her motto and when you come here, we want you to be as happy as our sister is when she is here.
What makes this property unique
Our home has a huge upstairs patio for entertaining and relaxing. But it also is resting on a double lot that provides plenty of room for outdoor activities such as corn hole, washers or other outdoor games. We also have a tiki bar with 8 barstools, a 65” tv to watch while grilling, an outside sink to clean fish and an outdoor shower. Once you’re at our home, you are an 8 minute walk to the beach (barrel 90, or a 2 minute drive to the big store.
