The locks, the cleaners and our maintenance personnel all work on an automated schedules based on our published check-in time and check out times. In addition, we only have a narrow 5 hour window to prepare the property between the posted checkout time and the posted check-in time. For these reasons early check in or late checkout is no longer free and "may" be able to be purchased at a rate of $20/hour prior to check-in time, or $20/hour after listed checkout time.

Early Check Ins, Late Checkouts and Trip Extensions needs to coordinated at least 24 hours in advance, please do not text us an hour before checkout and ask for a late checkout.

We no longer make exceptions to the published cancellation policy for any reason so if you want to be extra safe should you need to cancel, please purchase trip insurance.



There is an RV on the side of the house that rents out separately. Guests in the RV will not access any portion of the house, the backyard or the pool. The RV Guests will use their own separate driveway.

This property uses Cox 1 Gig High Speed Internet and all TVs are streaming only, no cable box. You will need to log into your own accounts on Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc to use TVs.

If there are any issues upon arrival or during your stay, guest is required to contact the host and give them the opportunity to cure any issues before leaving a negative review or asking for a discounted stay.

Please do not remove the pool cleaner from the pool or the pool heater may cease to operate correctly



This property has a driveway camera that is remotely viewable and records upon seeing motion. The camera is not actively monitored but acts as a safety device to track and record who enters and exits the home should there ever be an issue. This camera is very conspicuous and is the only camera located at this property.
