Terrific stay - the condo was very clean and quiet at night. It had everything we needed and everything worked. They were very thoughtful with a great water purification system so we didn't have to buy a bunch of water just for drinking. Hot water for showers was also much appreciated. Great location a block from the beach and a wonderful rooftop deck. There is also a great little coffee shop downstairs with awesome coffee and great breakfast/lunch options. We really enjoyed our stay, would definitely return. Had a slight snag with the building code but they also allowed us in a bit early which was much appreciated.

Tracey, the water purification setup is one of those small things that adds up over a few days, and pairing that with a rooftop deck a block from the beach is a combination that is hard to beat. Glad the early access smoothed out the check-in snag and that the stay delivered on all fronts. Whenever you are ready to return, the coffee shop downstairs will still be there waiting.

The condo truly met our expectations. It was clean, well appointed and in an excellent location. The rooftop pool and recreational area was lovely with a nice view of the ocean. The condo complex staff were very helpful and friendly. The building was quite secure and we always felt safe. We would like to return in the future to this area. There is construction noise in the area but, the building is quite sound proof. Overall, we had a great time in Bucerias due in part, to our wonderful accommodations.

A little piece of paradise!

Wonderful stay, too short. Construction during the day was a bit loud, otherwise quiet and secure. Short walking distance to many restaurants. We’ll be back!!!!

Staying in Bucerias

Property was great, location was on Main Street Bucerias where we wanted, weather always great, facility secure, people friendly and respectful, negatives were the barking dogs day and night and hallways could have been mopped more often.

Fun in the Sun

The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again!

We had a lovely 2 week stay. The apartment is clean, well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies (pots/pans/utensils/dishes) cleaning supplies, paper products and laundry supplies for the in unit laundry were also provided. The beds are comfortable.Communication with the host is outstanding! We ran out of dishwasher pods, a quick text and it was at the front desk the next day. The rooftop terrace was enjoyed every day between pool time and playing cards. All in all, if staying in Bucerias and did not want an all inclusive resort I would highly recommend this apartment. The location was excellent with a well stocked grocery store within walking distance (Chedraui). The beach a quick walk as well. Also a taxi stand near by for further exploring.
