Welcome to the perfect home base for your next Lewes vacation! Tucked into The Plantations condo complex, this ground-floor condo offers quiet, privacy, and convenience. The spacious, wrap-around sunroom provides the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee and end it with a fruity beverage. Comfortable seating and a peaceful setting may keep you there for hours – why not? You’re on vacation.

Inside, you’ll find a stylishly decorated living space. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, which features everything they need, including a new refrigerator. Dine together at the formal dining table before heading out to explore! Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches and Cape Henlopen State Park are around six miles away. Additionally, a supermarket and several restaurants are within just a few miles, so you can stock up on groceries or grab takeout on your way home from a day out.

The apartment was super cute. Loved the sun room. Everything we needed was there. It was a quiet place. It did feel a little tight getting into our corner unit but it wasn't bad. Would stay here again.

The unit was nicely setup. The property would be a star if the bunk bed was replaced. It was very squeaky . Other than the bed, it is conveniently located to the beaches, the ferry and shopping. We would stay again!

Great vacation rental

The condo was the perfect size for my family of 5. Nice, relaxing decor and furnishings were very welcoming after days of sun and sand at the beach. The only negative was the very squeaky beds- the kids complained of the noise the bunk beds made with any movement whatsoever. Nonetheless, I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice neighborhood

2 of us checked in Tues evening. 1. Neighbors (renters) above our unit were VERY loud including their music until 1 am. 2. No instructions to use tv remotes. 3. Called PM; on hold too long & hard to understand assoc. who told us we had to use our own streaming ids & passwords. I enjoyed my small vaca & would stay again at same rate or lower when avail. Thx

Beautiful home

The set up of the home was beautiful, I and my family bnb loved the neighbors, they were friendly. The town was friendly as well, welcoming...but the service was horrible. We could not get the lights to work and called 4times in one day, once another day and twice another and could not get anyone to come help.with lights. That was the singular most disturbing and that alone made the stay not as glamorous as it could have been.

Cheap not worth staying. No pillow cases for the pillows, dirty laundry in the master closet and the overall condition of unit was poor. Front door barely closes and where do you park your car! Classic bate and switch , additional fees added after booking and no refund for cancellation!

Clean and specious

Rented the space out for my daughters 1st birthday weekend. Very clean . Friendly neighbors , quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and other activities. We got locked out the house on the second day which was NOT the property owners fault at all but the locksmith came in less than 20 minutes. Great amenities and very smart for having a fire stick. Majority of us don’t watch cable so being able to watch Netflix and other streaming apps was a plus.
