Most important to me is cleanliness of the facility and it was clean. With that I will say that the price of this house was outrageous for the amenities that it offered. There was a hot tub but it was located in the middle of the yard with no instructions on how to operate it or turn on any lights around it. There is no cable tv provided, we had to stream from our phones to the TV to watch any type of TV. I had to text the property manager to get the WiFi password as it wasn’t listed anywhere in the texts or on the property. Overall it was just an overpriced place to sleep. I would not recommend this older property for the price.
We booked this place for a big reason: to have a hot tub, as our grandkids love hot tubs. We got there Wednesday after dark and didn’t check the hot tub until Thursday and found the hot tub cover was off, leaves in there, and the water was dirty. Also, nails protrude from the deck where the hot tub is located. We contacted them on Thursday and got a reply back that said someone would be there in the am on Friday. We waited around until around 1 pm, and no one showed up. Management said they showed up Friday in the early afternoon. However, as of Sunday, when we left, the hot tub was still dirty. It needed more chemicals. It was not sanitary, so we did not use it. Management was rude and acted like it was our responsibility to check the temperatures, as their replies were, “What is the temperature?” The temp was not the problem. It was the fact that it still had stagnant water. It should have been drained and refilled with clean water and proper chemicals.
Our first family trip in 21 years. I bought it as a Christmas present for my family. The property was perfect for us. Very warm and cozy atmosphere. There was even a yard big enough for my 4 year old grandson to play football. Close to the Parkway for convenience but still quiet and peaceful. We would definitely book the property again!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Dollywood Weekend
Close proximity to Attractions. Nice but Older rental than anticipated, needs some handyman maintenance. Wasn't expecting the ritz, it was overpriced but served the purpose. Never received information as to whether they give Veteran's Military Discounts or not. I would stay again and Recommend others too also.
