The chef will love the open, well-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and all the gadgets they need to whip up a quiche for breakfast – or just a bowl of cereal. This is vacation, after all. The group can dine together at the table for four, or pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar to keep it casual. Once everyone's fed, it's time to head out and explore. Hiking and biking trails, golf, national monuments and natural areas are all an easy drive away. The eclectic shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Flagstaff are only around three miles away.

After a day of exploring, come home to get cozy for the evening. Keep dinner prep simple with the gas grill on the patio, and snuggle up together on the leather sectional to stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch smart TV in the living room. Can't agree on what to watch? No problem, there's a 43-inch smart TV in the main bedroom suite as well. If you've got any remote work to catch up on there's a desk and stool upstairs, and if you're craving more together time, grab a board game and play together before bed. Drift off to sleep dreaming of the perfect mountain day you had – and the one to come tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
