Beach and Village - walking distance to the beach, village, Pickleball and pier
Great location- ALL GROUND FLOOR - Beach, village, pier, Mallery park, restaurants, and shops just minutes away! On a corner lot and huge fenced in backyard. One car garage and laundry room, chef's kitchen and lots of space with marble floors and a gorgeous bathroom. Inside the garage there are 4 adult BIKES. We do not have any kids bicycles nor do we have any safety equipment like helmets for the bikes as well.
NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED. Pet free environment.
This cottage has a double insulated common wall with another Airbnb which is totally separated, separate entry, kitchen, bed and bad, living and dining and separate lawn, separate patio and parking.
