The space

you will have the whole house and yard during your stay.

- Large SoloStove firepit.
- Weber Genesis Propane Grill.
- Screened-in porch (upper level) with trex decking & open concrete patio (lower level)
- Located within a few miles of state park & multiple marinas where you can rent a boat to tie up to our large floating dock.
- Private cove and close to large open water area near the dam
- 2 gas fireplaces.
- 2 Kayaks for use.
-Pool Table (billiards).

What’s included:
sheets, pillowcases, & a comforter for each bed (2 Kings, 3 queens, 2 twin xl's), pillows, & extra blankets.
8 sets that include: towel, hand towel, wash cloth & cosmetic towel.
One TP roll per bathroom, one trash can liner per can, one paper towel roll at the kitchen sink.

Items to bring:
beach towels, trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels, napkins), detergent (dish & laundry. There are often some there but not guaranteed).

Please note: **our home still sleeps 10 but the county makes us advertise it for only 8 (2 people per bedroom)**. If you are bringing more than 8 people, that is fine, just bring extra towels, and please don't exceed 10 overnight guests.

Items NOT to bring: Pets, worries & stress.

Items you’ll WISH you had brought: water toys, sun block, fishing gear, cooler, lawn chairs, & bluetooth wireless speaker (for dock)

You will have access to our 20' floater during your stay to tie up your boat. Make sure to use bumpers to protect your boat and the dock.
The dock lift will NOT be available for you during your stay. The owner's boat will be there sometimes. The owner may come get his/her boat during your stay but will give you notice and be in and out quickly with as little disturbance as possible.

There is one camera (Ring brand) at the front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras inside of the house.

There is an Amazon Alexa device inside for listening to music but feel free to unplug it if you like, but please plug it back in before you leave.

Please Note:
High-season stays (June through the end of August) require a 7-night minimum, with check-in on Saturdays at 4 PM and check-out the following Saturday by 10 AM.

For the rest of the year, we have a 3-night minimum, and check-in/check-out is available on any day.

These parameters may not always display correctly (due to software glitches, etc.), so we’re listing them here for clarity.

If you'd like to request an exception, feel free to reach out — while we can’t guarantee accommodation, we’re sometimes more flexible during the first two weeks of June and the last two weeks of August.

We do not accept stays shorter than 3 nights during the off-season (September through the end of May) due to the high cost of linens.
