La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Excellent place with a beautiful ocean view

We had a great time. The apartment is clean, an awesome location, closed to Playa del Inglés, Maspalomas. The host was very nice and accommodating. Magnificent ocean view! It’s difficult to find parking at night time.

Beautiful view

Der Check in war super einfach. Wir hatten Bungalow 21 und der Ausblick war einfach perfekt. Hervorzuheben war auch der nette Gärtner der uns bei unserer Autopanne hervorragend geholfen hat. Spanisch kann halt nicht jeder . Vielen Dank nochmal. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen..

Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, der Pool top – sogar Spielsachen für Pool und Strand waren vorhanden. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für das etwas wackelige Geländer und die nicht gründlich gereinigte Spülmaschine.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit sensationeller Aussicht

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Familien Urlaub in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt zur Verwaltung sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft hat eine spektakuläre Aussicht und ist sehr sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt, bietet einen schönen Pool und ist unfair zum Meer gelegen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Familienurlaub

Kleine Anlage, mit guter Lage zwischen 2 Stränden. Unser Bungalow war direkt über der Steilküste, sehr schöner Ausblick. Parkplatzsituation um die Anlage herum ist problematisch, da diese auch von den Tagesgästen am Strand genutzt werden. Im Umfeld gibt es zwei kleine überteuerte Supermärkte.

Alles wie beschrieben - Meeresrauschen sehr schön

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Meer toll. Die Anlage ist auch gepflegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und Relaxen ein. Ein wenig mehr Geschirr wäre gut.

Traumhafte ruhige Lage

Fewo direkt über dem Meer in ruhiger Lage. Alles was man braucht gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu kaufen. Super Busverbindungen nach Playa del Ingles und Maspalomas sowie in viele andere Teile der Insel.

Ferienwohnung mit weitem Meerblick

Die Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick war einfach fantastisch. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war atemberaubend und das Apartment selbst war sauber und ordentlich. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, in dieser Wohnung zu übernachten und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ganz toll!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der gepflegten und schön angelegten Bungalowanlage sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse unseres Bungalows direkt am Meer war absolut traumhaft. Die Atmospäre in der Anlage ist ruhig, familiär und relaxt. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und am unterhalb der Anlage gelegenen Sandstrand, an dem wir wiederholt den Tag haben ausklingen lassen. Die sich an den Strand anschließende Promenade lädt zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang mit schönen Ausblicken ein. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über die Flasche Wein und die große Flasche Wasser, die uns bei unserer Ankunft in der Wohnung erwartet haben. Die gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschine hat es uns ermöglicht, mit wenig Gepäck anzureisen. Für mich hilfreich gewesen wäre noch ein Hinweisschild bei der Waschmaschine, dass man die Münzen für den Betrieb derselben montags, mittwochs und freitags von 10 bis 11 Uhr bei der Rezeption holen kann (1 Münze kostet 4 Euro und ermöglicht 2 Stunden Waschmaschinennutzung), aber vielleicht habe ich das auch einfach übersehen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen ganz tollen Urlaub, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wunderschön direkt am Meer

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich direkt über dem Wasser! Herrlich! Zugang zum Stein/Kiesstrand in 2 Minuten zu Fuß SuperMarkt um die Ecke Tolle Wohnung, nur die Matratzen der zwei kleinen Einzelbetten sind extrem weich und/oder durchgelegen.

Terrassen direkte til Atlanterhavet er fantastisk. Lejligheden er veludstyret (alt er Ikea). Et stort soveværelse og et lille (til børn?). God plads i stuen. Rolig beliggenhed og alt fungerer. Det lykkedes os at finde P-plads hver dag

Sul mare

Situato in zona molto tranquilla, in un piccolo residence con piscina e facilità di parcheggio. A 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Maspalomas (5 minuti in auto). Piccolo supermercato nelle vicinanze. L'appartamento è a picco sul mare a una decina di metri di altezza, rivolto a sud, si sente solo il rumore del mare! Terrazzo con la massima privacy, probabilmente la migliore posizione di tutto il complesso. Ideale per 4 persone, arredamento pulito e recente. Grande spiaggia nera, non attrezzata e un pò selvaggia con noleggio e scuola windusurf a 100 metri. Bella passeggiata verso est per godersi il tramonto. Ottimo soggiorno.
