The bungalow is comfortable and very clean , a little dated but price very appealing and anything you need they will sort , not far to far from main towns and amenities so all and all very good would return

Angenehmes, ruhiges und gepflegtes Objekt mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Ein liebevolles kleines Wilkommenspräsent hat uns beim Betreten begrüßt. Buchung und Kontakt war schnell und zuverlässig. Direkter Zugang zu einem hübschen kleinen Strand. Ein kleiner Optimierungsvorschlag: Beim Besteck fehlten Esslöffel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes, ruhiges Appartement direkt am Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare, erholsame Woche im LaPerla. Das Appartement ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig und mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der Meerblick von der Terasse und der tolle, etwas verwunschene Zugang zumStrand sind einfach traumhaft.

Calme et repos

Site très très agréable .. le meublé est propre et suffisant .. Belle terrasse avec vue sur piscine et mer.. les jardins sont très beaux et toujours très bien entretenus !!! Bravo .. on apprécie le prêt de livre, de parasol et de jouets de plage à disposition. C’est un endroit calme, cosy et reposant, à proximité de la ferveur touristique de Maspalomas … trop bien … un seul bémol, mettez au moins des instructions en français dans votre livret d’accueil SVP ….

Wunderschöne Lage und Strand

Wir haben drei schöne Wochen auf der Insel GK verbracht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Unterstützung bei der Organisation unserer Reise und des Aufenthalts auf der Insel! Zuerst zu den Nachteilen: Die Betten waren schrecklich Am Anreisetag war das Bungalow zwar hübsch eingerichtet, mit Kunstblumen, Wein, wir trinken nicht usw, aber es war sehr staubig und nicht gründlich geprüft. Das Erste, was wir im Urlaub gemacht haben, war den Boden zu wischen und Staubwolken unter dem Bett hervorzuholen. Leider gibt es keinen guten Supermarkt in fußläufiger Entfernung, nur zwei kleine, mit unangemessenen Preisen. Leider gibt es nicht immer einen Parkplatz für das Auto, was traurig Zu den Vorteilen: Die Küche ist zwar alt, aber sauber! Das Badezimmer ist sauber, die Handtücher sind sauber! Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Hof mit blühenden, duftenden Blumen, Sträuchern und Palmen! Der Pool ist immer sauber, ebenso wie die Wege im Garten. Es gibt genügend Sandspielzeug, das man mit zum Strand nehmen und wieder zurückbringen kann (wir haben einige hinzugefügt). Der Weg zum Strand ist praktisch. Die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen war sehr hilfreich! Und wie ich bereits erwähnt habe, ist das Personal der Anlage sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung, was uns sehr gefallen hat und uns geholfen hat, unser kleines Abenteuer zu genießen. Fazit! Meine Familie ist sehr zufrieden mit der Zeit, dem Wetter, der Insel usw!

Tolle Anlage, sehr empfehlenswert

Eine tolle Unterkunft, wir hatten Blick in den Garten und aufs Meer, etwas vom Pool entfernt (Bungalow 8). Der Bungalow lässt sich super lüften, wir haben Anfang Juli dank sehr leisem Ventilator und offenem Fenster mit Fliegengitter zum Rauschen der Wellen hervorragend geschlafen. Die Ausstattung ist prima, man kann super kochen und auf der Terrasse essen. Der Pool ist für Kinder toll, für uns war er nur die ersten Tage attraktiv als es dort ruhig zuging. ;) Dann aber haben wir die Liegen und Schirme sehr genossen. Parken könnten wir meist vor der Anlage selbst, ab und an mussten wir aber auch 5min laufen. Ein- und Ausladen geht aber immer problemlos, einfach auf dem Mittelstreifen halten.

Wirklich wunderbar

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 4 Wochen im La Perla. Die Anlage ist sauber, man merkt das viel arbeit reingesteckt wird. Der Pool ist großzügig, es fühlt sich nie überlaufen an. Die Lage ist perfekt & das Wlan reicht sogar für große Teams-meetings. Grossen Dank an Katharina - sie betreute uns wunderbar!

Un très bon séjour dans un lieu familial

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la résidence La Perla. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'il y ait peu de bungalows et donc peu de vacanciers, donnant un côté très familial. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous avons eu un bon contact avec la propriétaire des lieux. Seuls petits bémols qui nous ont fait mettre 4 étoiles au lieu de 5 : nous avons trouvé la literie assez dure et avons les premières nuits eu du mal à trouver le moyen de bien aérer le bungalow pour ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. Étant enceinte, j'étais certainement plus sensible sur ces points qu'habituellement. Nous recommandons néanmoins le lieu, bien placé et sympathique.

Tolle Lage!

Die Anlage ist eine kleine und freundlich geführte Unterkunft. Beim Essen auf der Terrasse hat man einen Blick in den schönen Garten und auf den Pool. Lage ist super und sehr ruhig. Links gibt es einen dunklen Sandstrand. Für Ausflüge oder einkaufen sollte man einen Leihwagen haben. Es gibt in der Bucht zwei kleine Geschäfte, die alles nötige haben außer Frischfleisch und Fisch. Ist aber ok.

Sehr schöne Anlage, Bügeleisen und Waschmöglichkeit für Wäsche wäre noch das I-Tüpfelchen.
