Start your next vacation and step into the Hot Springs Hideaway, our lakefront 1-bedroom condo in the serene landscape of Lake Hamilton, where you’ll be greeted with incredible views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Our beautifully designed waterfront retreat is the quintessential outdoor getaway, central to many of the adventures found under Arkansas' expansive skies. Perfect for family fun, couples’ lake retreats, visits to Oaklawn (a short 15-minute drive), and many more activities!

The Hot Springs Hideaway is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together at the custom-made bar table, or take it to the back patio to enjoy the lake breeze.

During Winter, the lake water levels can be lower due to drawdown. No credits or refunds will be given in the event you experience this during your stay as this is out of our control as hosts.

After exploring the bathhouses in downtown Hot Springs or cheering on your favorite horse at Oaklawn, WINE down watching the sunset over Lake Hamilton on the back patio. This comfy space includes a flatscreen TV with streaming access and WiFi.

The property includes a master bedroom equipped with a king bed, an expansive closet with shelving, and large smart tv. Full bath connects to the master bath with an additional entrance from the hallway. Sleep two more on the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Lastly, the condo offers a washer/dryer unit that can be used during your stay to keep everything clean and ready to go for those long lake days.

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Only 15-20 mins from Downtown Hot Springs and only about 5-10 mins from Garvan Woodland Gardens. The condo is exactly as described, very cleaned and came stocked with some coffee and snacks. We will be staying here again when we visit.

Wonderful, relaxing weekend!

We have stayed in another unit in Farr Shores previously. Last minute, owner had to cancel our reservation. We booked this unit last minute and absolutely LOVED it. Very clean, updated beautifully, We had friends over and great kitchen and deck for entertaining. Will book again!

Great, modern condo.

Loved this condo. Beautiful view, just feet from the water. It was updated with modern appliances. The finishes were top notch. If you are a bath person, the bathtub was oversized and great for soaking. The host was very easy to work with. Highly recommend for someone looking to get out of town but minutes from all the action downtown.

What can I say? The condo is perfect, we couldn’t believe how close to the water we were. Our entire experience was above and beyond. After a full day at the horse races, it was so nice to come back to this beautifully decorated condo and just relax! The host has everything covered for your stay. We make it to Hot Springs a few times a year and will stay at this condo every time.

Very nice condo, beautiful lake view. Awesome king size bed. Beautifully decorated, loved the kitchen and bathroom. Only problems were we could have used more ice. Ice maker didn't work very well. The towel hook in the bathroom is not anchored and pulled right out of the wall. Overall experience was great.

Beautiful Place

I loved this condo. It was modern and had everything you needed. It actually is better in person than the pictures. Has great dimmable mood lighting in the kitchen and living room. Communication with the owners went well.

Awesome view of lake

It was a nice place to stay for the week. The only thing I didn’t like was when we stayed there for a day we noticed the floor was really dirty under the couch. My husband mopped the floor and we even found toenails. Me being an overprotective mom with kids I was a little overwhelmed. After that everything was good! We enjoyed the whole week there, over all it was a nice place to stay. Close to town and a nice place to see.
