Full laundry upstairs. 2nd upstairs bathroom with tub/shower combo. Gated community with pool, clubhouse, library, sauna, steam room and workout facility. Pickle ball and tennis courts. Quiet residential neighborhood, garage and lanai. Fully equipped kitchen ready for use. Spacious living room with 55 inch t.v. Two bedrooms have t.v.'s. Two Bicycles with helmets. Bike lanes cover entire neighborhood, bike anywhere. Background check required to gain access to amenities, two weeks notice required.
