About this property

Beautiful Historic Home in Prime East End Location

This lovely home was built before the Civil War in 1854 and is a beautiful example of a historic Greek Revival home restored to comfortable modern standards - yet still with many historic touches. It has three bedrooms (a television in every room!), one and a half baths, a full kitchen, upstairs and downstairs porches, and a small, private patio with bubbling fountains. Modern art and vintage antiques combine to give Muir House great charm. Furniture, mattresses, and linens are top notch for your comfort.
The Koehler House is in the heart of one of Galveston’s best neighborhoods, the East End Historic District. Several of Galveston’s favorite restaurants and bakeries are just a quick walk down the street. The Strand and Postoffice Street districts are a quick drive or bike ride. And the beach is only 8 blocks away!
