Fantastic Property

We rented this house for two months in the winter. Despite rotten weather we had an amazing time. The location couldn't be better - steps from downtown yet it's quiet and safe. The owners - John and Hilary - were wonderful, responsive, and kind. The house is very comfortable and wonderfully outfitted. The beds are high quality, and kitchen is modern and functional. The 2nd bedroom is a perfect guest suite on a separate level with its own bathroom. Be aware that the house has a lot of steps (3 levels) and also the parking arrangement is tight, especially if you have a larger car. For us it was an A++ experience and we are hoping to rent here again.

The Kaplan's were wonderful guests. They treated our home as theirs, leaving it spotless. We would be happy to host them again in the future.

This townhouse is fully equipped with anything you could want for an extended stay. Located one block away from the charming SLO downtown, with great restaurants and shopping. The garage is fine for a standard size sedan and across the street is a parking garage that offers reduced long term parking passes. Even though close to downtown it is very quiet. A great place to stay.
