Nice place

The house was very nice, but could use a little maintenance. Nothing major. Overall it was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely

Great comfortable place to stay overall. I did contact manager in regards to the laundry room being locked. He came he unscrewed the knob since it wasn't one with keyhole, but never came back to replace it.

Very nice property

Enjoyed staying at the property. Would have loved for the jets in the spa to have been working and the pool timer to be adjusted to come on earlier and went off after 8pm

Hi Chanda we are pleased you enjoyed our villa. To operate the jets you just needed to turn the handle by the pool pump. Florida law only allows the pool pump (and heater) to operate for 10 hours each day (which is far more than is needed), so we have it on 10am to 8pm which normally good for most guests. You can of course swim in the pool at anytime. We hope we can rent to you again soon. Johanna and Stephen vipvilla
