Apartment Pelican in Fort Myers/Villa Barra

The "Apartment Pelican" extends over the entire right side of the house and has direct access to the garden. Of course, the apartment has a separate entrance. At Apartment Pelican you will immediately be greeted by the cozy atmosphere in the entrance area. From here you can enter the cozy living room with comfortable sofa and TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to coffee maker, kettle and Taoster you will also find plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils, which will make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Two queen-size bedrooms offer a good night's sleep for up to 4 guests. In each of the two bedrooms you will also find a closet.

With just a few steps you can reach the communal pool through the garden, which is heated in winter.

Experience a memorable Florida vacation in the historic district of Fort Myers, in the immediate vicinity of the Edison and Ford Home - not far from Down Town. Just a few minutes walk, you reach the Bay of the Gulf of Mexico, which connects the holiday destinations Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Already there you can watch dolphins and manatees.

With the rental car, the beaches of Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Sanibel Iceland can be reached quickly. In addition to sunny days on the white sandy beach, the nightlife of Fort Myers Beach is a special experience. Huge shopping malls and outlets invite you to shop in Fort Myers. The sport is not too short - in addition to various water sports and tennis courts, there are numerous golf courses nearby. On day trips you can visit Florida's attractions, such as Disneyland or Cape Canaveral. Also other cities like Miami, Tampa, St. Petersburgh and St. Augustine are easy to reach. We absolutely loved this property. It was wonderful to have a front porch and a back deck to sit and enjoy the weather. We had two bedrooms, but only needed one, but it was was great to have so much space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The only problem we had was with the tv. Because we are older and not tech savvy we were not able to figure out how to work it. But we did not really need the tv since there were so many things to do. The location was great. It’s so close to so many thins. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for renting your place to us.

Our son had a camp at the Edison/Ford Winter home so we decided to stay somewhere close to save on the Drive. This location is a short walk away from there and a very short drive to Downtown. The place was very clean and everything you need from a rental were there. The owner and staff were always friendly and a pleasure to talk to. The pool was great and our son enjoyed it everyday. Very charming place and great location. Looking forward to coming back.

Great place for a short stay

This property was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable! We slept like babies. We were only there for 4 nights and it was a great little place for that. However we did feel that apartment Pelican was an after thought because the floorplan was a bit awkward and would probably not have been suitable for a stay longer than just a handful of days. The shower is VERY small. I am only 5'2" and I found it difficult to shave my legs. The pool is situated on the lot between this property and another house on a relatively quiet street. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche im Apartment Pelican , welches erst letztes Jahr renoviert wurde. Es großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet ( leider fehlt eine Spülmaschine :/ ) wir verbrachten 7 Tage dort mit 4 erwachsenen und unserer 15 Monate alten Tochter , für sie wurdeein Reisebett so wie ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt . Der Pool liegt direkt zwischen den beiden Wohnhäusern und ist beheizt . Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt , die an und Abreise waren sehr easy . Wir kommen gerne immer wieder ❤️

Ein sehr schönes Appartement in Fort Myers. Zur Altstadt ein Katzensprung. Zu den Stränden muss man schon etwas weiter fahren. Das Appartement selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es war alles sehr sauber und eine kleine Reklamation wurde blitzschnell behoben, d.h. auch vor Ort gibt es eine zuverlässige Betreuung, sollte wirklich mal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein. Kann ich ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
