Unit Includes: washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, heating is gas, and cooling is evaporative. Pets are allowed. Horse barn with corals out the back door! Room for kids, pets, and 4 horses!

Great location but Disappointed with cleanliness & condition but great location

I’m not going to iterate every single problem we had with this house. Suffice to say that it is badly in need of some serious TLC, scrubbing, and deodorizing.. I will say that I don’t think an ancient swamp cooler should be considered air conditioning. We immediately had to go to Walmart and buy some box fans because it was hot and pretty humid for Prescott and the master bedroom is as far away from the swamp cooler as it could possibly be. Also the listing said that it was two bathrooms. However only one of them has a shower. The other one is really a half bath . Once we adjusted we did have a good month in Prescott and really enjoyed the location of this house. Just a short walk to some of the best sunsets I've ever seen and it was nice to be able to bring the dogs. Very good internet. The location was really great for what we were doing. It's equidistant from The three lakes of Prescott and truly just a short drive to downtown. The price was also super reasonable, but it looks like it's gone up from what we paid. My pet deposit was refunded once I asked for it.
